Literally could be a maine postcard. Stunning. Came at low tide and off-season. Had the trail all to my self 10/10

Rugged hike. Lots of exposed roots and very hard walking. Would not suggest for children and also dogs are not allowed. Beautiful and unique wooded area all the way until you reach the sand bar wich is even more breathtaking. Sunset was amazing but a risky walk out with footing being so rooted on walk out. It gets busy in the summer and not a lot of space on the trail considering the amount of parking there is and how busy it gets in the summer months.

A 2.5 mile walk through the woods to Barred Island. The views are unreal and the path is fairly easy but there are a lot of roots so wear decent shoes. Pay attention to low tide times so you are able to walk across and enjoy.

Excellent trail with a unique landscape at the start (a lot of moss along the ground). The trail isn't hard, I saw allot of family's hiking it in sneakers though there are some muddy spots as expected. Roots and rocks to walk over. The views of the ocean at the end are nice.

Easy and relatively flat trail. About 1 mile from parking lot yo Beach. Beach is really interesting and you can only enjoy at low tide. It creates Bridge to Barred Island. Barred Island is small but beautiful

Great short, medium intensity, hike through lush, moss covered, coastal forest. Once you get to the coast you can find rocky shore mixed with a sprinkling of sand beaches. If rushed you could be out and back in an hour but I'd recommend taking your time to explore the tide pools and beaches along the way.

A 2.5 mile hike on a carpet like trail that is all but covered in tree roots. Rewarding photo opp features when you get to the water. An adventure the whole way through and very well marked.

Beautiful mossy woods and spectacular coastal views. Be careful hiking as there are a lot of roots.
