A couple of years ago we needed to purchase a new company car for our service manager. We arrived at Morong Falmouth and met Vicentiu Marcu AKA Vici. Vici greeted us with a smile and warm personality. He showed us some excellent options for a company vehicle. We ended up purchasing a Mazda MX 5. It was a smooth and easy purchase. More recently, we were thinking of trading in our Subaru Forrester for an Audi A5. We immediately thought of Vici and went to visit him again. Once again he greeted us with a smile and his warm personality. Vici had us drive a few cars and allow us to sit in various models with different trim levels. We ended up purchasing an Audi A5 45 in white. Vici made the entire purchase, smooth and easy for us. When he delivered the car to us, he showed us all the important options and went through all the various controls and systems in the car. He helped us set up our account with Audi in their mobile app and helped link the phone to the cars system. Talk about thorough!
In addition, Lily in the finance department was extremely knowledgeable and made our finance purchase very smooth and easy.
Before we left, we met the business manager and owner, and they also greeted us with warm, smiles and personalities. We highly recommend Morong, Falmouth and Vici to assist you in purchasing your Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mazda or preowned automobile.

I went in purely to test drive a couple vehicles to see if those models would make my short list. After meeting Sales Consultant, John Phillips, and him learning more about my goals, I felt compelled to start the buying process right then and there. The atmosphere is calm and well-appointed. Wow! Dwight and Mike in Audi service are terrific! I’ve been having an interment issue. It’s an A6 Allroad with less than 6K miles on it. Got it right in and diagnosed the issue. Part on order and I can safely drive the car until the part arrives. Excellent (and responsive) communication. Pleasant to work with. And they arranged for me to be picked up at my house to help me fetch the car. The courtesy car driver was pleasant too!

PS we’ve purchased four vehicles and John is our go-to on the sales side, great to work with! Fair and nice human.

I had a disappointing experience with Audi of Falmouth. My 2019 e-tron suddenly stopped charging, and despite my urgent need for a loaner, I faced delays and unattentive service. Even after sharing my friend's (also the owner of Audi etron) similar issue, which wasn't addressed promptly, I was met with a dismissive attitude by service employee Mike McCutcheon. Mike said in a rude manner:” I have a solution for you! How about you call Audi in Bangor for help and see if they can help?!”, fully aware my car couldn't make the journey due to charging problems.

To worsen matters, my friend's e-tron was declared ready last Friday, but it took them until Thursday to arrange a swap of the loaner (that was unused since Friday (for 6 days!) due to my friend was traveling outside of state) Despite this, they couldn't offer me a loaner. I even offered to drive to Camden myself to pick up the loaner from my friend’s front yard but my offer was ignored.

I found far better service at Audi of Stratham (New Hampshire), where they immediately offered a loaner. I strongly advise against using the Falmouth dealership if you value timely and respectful service.
