I thought the help of the Microsoft application that guided me on my trip with my friend helps in the future by letting me know if I am going in the wrong direction. I was able to buy some time until something really big goes down. When it does I can navigate back home because I will be somewhere with the answer and feeling so proud of myself that I passed that test.

In addition to giving me wrong info, my well behaved 10 months old was not allowed to sit on the chair in the waiting room. So I had to hold him and try to read the papers.
The ladies at the reception are too busy with themselves to help someone else. The best help I received from the soldier waiting in the line.
Pretty negative experience with useless, very slow, arrogant, hartless and selfish ladies.
