Absolutely, choose this property when visiting this area - there is only one choice, and Aqua Blue is the choice! The staff is amazing, everyone of them: Michelle, Claudia, Georgia, Carlos, Jim - always going out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. They are kind, funny, helpful, accommodating, professional, I cannot say enough great things about this staff. The room was beautiful, the location was spectacular. We are looking forward to returning when renovations are complete, as we like a restaurant/bar on property - this will happen we certainly understand hotel renovations. I want to thank the staff once again for being so wonderful - we cannot wait to stay here again.

Rooms are dated and carpet needs to be replaced. That's the first thing I would do. As far as the service goes, overall it was pleasant. Two things though:

No milk at the coffee station, I had to buy one for $2.

We had flowers delivered to the hotel for my daughters graduation. They were placed in our room in a vase with no water.

Overall the location is top notch, we walked to dinner both nights (Boone Street Market and PJ's Pub)

We came in off-season and specifically booked at this hotel for the pool. A day before our trip we noticed on the website that the pool was no longer working. We spoke with the manager, and he assured us that the pool would be working for our arrival, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. The manager, then essentially gaslit us saying that the pool would be fine on the next day, and it still wasn’t, but maybe the following day would be better… the whole experience was frustrating and very disappointing. Shame on the management for essentially ruining our stay for my 10-year-old daughter.

The most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. Lit candles in the elevator because the stench was so bad. The manager and staff is the worst. The balcony was collapsing. DO NOT STAY HERE.so many great places to stay in Narragansett. This is NOT it. We left I was so grossed out. Mismanaged.

I RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW FROM MICHAEL, THE NEW GEN MGR. ONCE HE READ MY REVIEW, HE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED MY $51.94. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE HIS QUICK ACTION AND PROFESSIONALISM REGARDING THIS MATTER.
___________________________________________Horrible experience. I booked a one week stay and had to cancel due to change in plans. I called 2 days before check in to cancel my reservation. The manager said there was NOTHING booked. 3 days later, the hotel charged my debit card $51.94. Recent calls to hotel to sort this out were IGNORED BY MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES

I had my wedding at the Towers and booked my room block through Aqua Blue. Like other reviewers, I was hesitant but am so glad I did. There were some turnover in event coordinators, but we were able to get our room block secured. The only issue I had was some guest reported trouble getting through to anyone to book a room, or they were told rooms were full. However, when I raised this concern, I got direct contact information for a manager who was able to seamlessly assist. My husband and I stayed at the bridal suite and were welcomed with a bottle of bubbly. Kristal, the manager helped us get the deck space ready. She moved furniture and brought up tables so we could have our rehearsal on the deck. She even had it blocked off. It was wonderful. TJ, at the front desk helped me print out my vows. The place was perfectly clean, and the housekeeping ladies were so wonderful. They knocked to clean my room just seconds after me putting the sign on the door to have my room cleaned. The location is prime- guests at the wedding were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Could the place use a little TLC? Sure. The floor were were on seemed to have brand new vinyl flooring so it seems like they are slowly getting there with renovating the place. Will definitely be coming back. Maybe for an anniversary getaway!
