One for wanted service they have many restrictions and if you don't comply with the instructions they take you out that's why I'll say it's a shitty hotel and I don't recommend you to stay here

My room was okay. The staff is untrustworthy. I was told to pay extra $50 deposit on top of the room cover. A month later and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Also a lot of drug addicts in dangerous activity happens around the building as well. Prostitutes hangs around property. I'm not surprise that the staff lied to me. Im never returning.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I paid for a king suite. When I got there they said they were sold out and gave me a queen room, told me it was the same price, which was a lie, after going online and checking the rates. The rooms were filthy and not the rooms advertised in the pictures

Stayed at the Hagerstown APM Inn and was not impressed. The absence of any lobby staff should have been red flag enough. Arrived at my room a tired traveler to find the fridge was not plugged in, carpet badly torn, unusually thick pillows caused pain and discomfort, and the bathtub appeared black and moldy. Suppose it's what you get for the price, but they even misbilled me (which was a process to rectify). Overall, the whole building and its surroundings felt sketchy and unsafe. Best thing was the small coffee shop next door, a charming and delicious hidden gem.

I stayed at this hotel on Christmas. I spent 3 nights. Here is my honest review. It is located near the highway restaurants, and grocery stores. The building is very old under renovation. My room was renovated. New wooden floor. However , the chair inside the hotel was very dirty and old, the hall way carpet never been vacuumed, the elevator was stinking and dirty, the heater in my room very old and dusty. I couldn't use the TV it kept saying the antenna was disconnected . I complained to the front desk lady who came and fixed it. When I left the room and came back same thing again the TV didn't work. I went back and complained the front desk lady seemed annoyed and just gave some direction about the TV which wasn't helpful at all. I went back and figured it out myself. Front desk lady wasn't helpful. The manager was friendly and welcoming but I didn't let meet her in person she was just texting and checking on me. I was first very scared to sleep the first night as I saw some very scary drunk people that were smoking in the hallway. The building fell like a haunted place or something. But thank you for your kindness Liz. Please consider getting some housekeeping to clean the hotel hallway and make sure they fix the TVs and chair inside the room..

This hotel has been the best I’ve been to in a long time the staff is friendly helpful and pleasant they go above and beyond to meet any needs you have . They have made this one of the safest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in a long time. The rooms are clean and this place is close to so many places in walking distance so if your looking for a good place for your stay for you’re self or even your family then this is the place to go you will not be disappointed trust. The rates are not pricey and it’s beyond affordable.

Location is PRIME!!! Hotel staff are absolutely wonderful and very considerate! They are so welcoming and everyone here are pet lovers if you are traveling with your dog! The pricing is affordable and there’s a coffee shop right on sight with delicious options! To spite the speculation of the location and traffic in the area, the staff do an amazing job keeping up with everything and go above and beyond to create a very welcoming atmosphere 🙏🙏🙏
