This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. If you leave the room for an extended period of time, they will assume you left and give your room away. My husband works 10+ hr shifts and they assumed he left because he didn't feel secure leaving his belongings in the room when he's not there. His brother had things going missing to accompany his insecurities about his unattended personals. They DO NOT knock before entering room. This morning they just opened the door on my husband, his co worker and myself with no knock at around 8am. The beds are hard and very outdated rooms in general. The only thing keeping them in business is struggling folks who don't have many options especially during this hurricane season.

This place did not offer any breakfast and outside was very dirty I did not feel safe there with cars coming in and people just sitting in cars running in front of rooms
When we got there at 9 pm to check in front desk was dark when we went in had to speak to a guy behind a plastic window

Worst experience of my life. I slipped as soon as I walked in the bathroom after checking in to the room...... There was a leak coming from the bath tub, and the floor hadn't been cleaned. There were blown light bulbs, the smoke alarm was unplugged, and terrible customer service who doesn't speak English or act like they can't. I tried to report it to the front desk, and they refused so I had to have an officer come and take a report. I will never pay cash for the room again.

This place was not the best, ask for a room change but the recipients was rude still got no room change, got to the room, it had a musky smell. Room next door had loud music. Tried to use the phone it didn't work. Overall it was somewhere to to take a bath and sleep.

The property was well maintained. Clean and comfortable room with 2 queen beds, microwave, coffee maker, fridge. Price included breakfast with make your own waffles, cold cereals, coffee and juices, bakery goods.

The best room we've had on this trip! Clean room and friendly people, and a great value!

The most positive thing i can Give is the bed was clean. There were bugs crawling on the wall my husband thought they were baby cockroaches but i didn't see any adults but I killed them and slept with the lights on all night because we didnt find this place till midnight and my husband said it was to late we were not leaving. We stayed in a kimg room that had a odd smell. And when i checked for bugs behind the mattress it had cobwebs and filth. This is the first bad review I've given to a hotel in years

We stopped here for our midpoint of our trip from Daytona to home. The exterior makes it look a little run down, but the rooms are clean and sort of up to date. The service desk was pleasant and greeted me upon arrival. Room was ready, and we unpacked for the night, ordered pizza and slept well.

When making my reservations on line we reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights, before arriving i discovered that I had done 1 one for only 2 nights. Called the hotel the owner could not understand what I was saying and the only thing I could understand he was saying was online! Online! After trying to add the room on line with out success, I called the 800 number for Americas Best Value Inn and the operator could not add the room to my reservation so she booked a separate night. upon arrival I tried to explain to the owner that one night has been done on a separate reservations he starts shouting NO NO I CALL. He made a phone call to someone and did not speak English so I had no idea what he was saying. The morning we departed we left around 7:00AM I went to the office to get my bill and there are 2 big signs "LEAVE KEYS OUT OF OFFICE". Up on receiving my credit card bill, I was charged for 2 rooms for 3 nights and a higher rate for 1 room that the reservations was make separately. Upon calling the owner he could not understand what I was saying. Called Americas Best Value Inn Customer service to explain what had happen and was told I had to submit an email. Not happy at all!!!! This place need to hire someone who can communicate with its guest!!!!!!
