This review is being written to express my sincere appreciation to the Alfa Romeo Maserati Of Stuart dealership for their exceptional service and support.

We recently acquired a preowned 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from an alternative dealership on 12/31/2024. Needless to say, our visit to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased was not a welcoming and pleasant experience.

Furthermore, the following day, we decided to drive over to Alfa Romeo Maserati Of Stuart to request a service visit for a recall and to purchase weather guard floor mats. We were greeted by Peggy, the Assistant Service Manager, and technician Dylan, both of whom were extremely helpful and welcoming. I have never felt so grateful for meeting them. Peggy, and Dylan who are both extremely knowledgeable and has experience in the field/industry, was our savior. Although we wanted to purchase a vehicle from the Alfa Romeo Maserati Of Stuart dealership, unfortunately they did not have a vehicle we wanted.

Moreover, we made a service appointment for Monday, January 6, 2025 to have the recall fixed. Upon inspection of our new preowned vehicle, the technician noticed a few items that were of importance. The technician found that the timing gasket cover was leaking oil, the rear RR/LR brake pads were worn down to nearly nothing, there was a plugged tire and the oil change light had not been reset. My thoughts on how a dealership where we purchased could sell a vehicle in this manner were beyond my understanding. Peggy ensured us that they would be of assistance to rectify the problems.

Without a doubt in my mind, Alfa Romeo Maserati Of Stuart would be the next dealership I’d purchase or lease a car from. They are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I look forward to working together to build a great future and opportunity with our next vehicle.

Had to bring my Alfa in for a quick oil change before heading back to Houston. Peggy greated me got me check in and out within 60 min. Super nice facility, clean, nice waiting area, well stocked refreshments. Really great service and Peggy was super nice and professional. Nice place, nice people go visit.

Starting, River made sure the car I was interested was available when I called and ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He explained all the functions on the car and I made sure the car was detailed and ready to go at the end of our purchase. AK was personable and resourceful.
