Alachua County Veterans Services

My Mother has made several calls to this office regarding my Stepdad to no avail. She keeps getting a recorded message, leaves her name and number but no return calls. They say they are still working remotely due to COVID. Why is this, everyone else is back to work? It appears that Veterans in this county are not a priority, such a shame!!!!!!!

This is the hardest government office to get through to. In fact I haven't gotten any timely responses yet. There is no operator available only a canned recording. Don't expect help!

Worthless, they never pick up their phone all it takes really is a second to do that… no surprise because the VA system in North Florida is already garbage I’ve dealt with the medical system and now any other way to support a combat disabled veteran good luck

previous head dropped the ball big time on helping me i think he retired before he retired. Hope they do better now
