This is my third visit to this practice and as in precious visits Dr Giraldo and his staff were outstanding. There will never be any expectation of enjoying the experience of a root canal but Dr Giraldo’s expertise, professionalism and compassion are unsurpassed. Dr Giraldo explained the process of treatment step by step stopping frequently to ask if I had any questions.
I had my root canal yesterday and today I got a lovely message from Dr Giraldo checking on me. In my many years and after parades of doctors, procedures and surgeries I’ve never received a call the day after a procedure from the doctor himself/ herself.
I couldn’t recommend an Endodontist or a dental practice more highly. Medical practitioners just don’t get any better than Dr Giraldo. Plainly excellent.

I went to Dr. Giraldo for a root canal evaluation and treatment. I chose his office because it was a smaller business and he had a 4.8 star ratings on Google reviews. Firstly, the front desk staff were very professional and helpful in scheduling and verifying the details of my insurance and cost of treatment. They took their time to contact my insurance company and follow up with me about the approximate cost for the treatment. Secondly, the office is located in a quiet office complex and the ambience of the small office itself was quite warm and calming. It was not 'sterile' as many medical offices can be with the plain white walls but it was still very modern and clean. Dr. Giraldo and his assistant made me very comfortable and explained what the plan of care was in detail. And then he went to work. Despite the buzzing of the dental equipment and the drilling, I dozed off multiple times during the hour long procedure as he made the process as painless as was possible. A month later when I received an invoice for additional fees that were unpaid by my insurance, the ladies in the office were very patient in explaining the details of the balance and provided a fair payment arrangement. I have nothing but good things to say about my patient experience at this office! I would recommend Dr. Giraldo and his team 100%!

I went to Dr Giraldo recently for a needed root canal. I have to admit I was anxious because to my knowledge I had never experienced one before only diligent routine dental care through my life time. He was recommended highly by my family dentist and I was so thankful . I I saw professionalism, expertise, kindness, patience but above all a determination to get the procedure done in a timely matter to keep me comfortable. This is one procedure that amazes me! After it was over I googled it. Lol. Wow , he was so exact. If you need a root canal don't hesitate to call him. His staff is awesome. You will get excellent, pain free care. He knows his work inside and out.

I was referred to Dr. Giraldo from my current dentist for a root canal. I went in for an evaluation the same day I was referred which was very helpful as I was in pain. Dr. Giraldo and his staff were very receptive and made my consultation a great experience. He explained how the root canal is done and showed visuals of the procedure. I was able to make time in my schedule to fit in my procedure 2 days later and he and his staff found time to fit my procedure in. He throughly explained what he was doing during the process which provided comfort during the procedure. The procedure was also painless. I have had fillings that have been more painful. It felt like nothing more than an ordinary cleaning at a dentist. I thank him and his staff for making my first root canal experience a pleasant one, and highly suggest Dr. Giraldo and his staff for anyone looking to have dental work completed.

I was so nervous redoing the root canal to remove the silver point that was done years ago. First my neighbor made me feel better since she has been to Dr. Giraldo and said that "he was great!". I was still nervous, but Dr. Giraldo and his whole team (Julie, Patty) made me feel a lot better. Dr. Giraldo has magical hands, you don't feel a shot or anything after that at all! Very patient and very knowledgeable. It was a joy watching him and Julie, his assistant, fixing my root canal. They work so well together! I'm very thankful that my doctor referred me to such a wonderful doctor! Thank you!

Dr. Giraldo and his staff were AMAZING!! Extremely professional.

I was having extreme pain in my jaw and mouth so I made an appointment with Dr. Giraldo. They have the most professional and sweetest staff you will ever meet! I was a nervous wreck coming to my appointment, never having a root canal done before, and they made me feel at such ease. I never once felt any kind of pain! Dr. Giraldo is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any work done! He made my root canal procedure such a breeze!
