Package pickup isn't very good, Walmart is much better, no dedicated parking area, too many substitutions that I didn't like but had no choice because I had to purchase 2 in order to get the sale price, ordered crinkle cut fries and got regular, I should still receive crinkle cut even if it was a more expensive brand at there expense, it's not my fault there inventory is wrong, only ordered about 10 different items and they were out of 2.

Acme isn't the worst grocery store on the planet when it comes to selection, BUT when ur comes to their curbside produce I wld honestly give it a one STAR. And it's NOT just this location, it's Newark as well which leads me to believe it's a policy to give the worst produce to the curb-side customers. I mean, it's not like we get to test it out first. I use curbside for health reasons, not bc I'm lazy. So there's a good reason I shop this way. But EVERY TIME we order from acme I get SOMETHING in our produce that is rotten. Like shld be put in the clearance area and discounted heavily. I've had it. I've thrown out so much lettuce, tomatoes..... it's despicable. Paying full price I shldnt get something I CANT use! Or I have to cut chunks out of it to find the usable parts. I bought these 3 cucumbers TWO days ago (Wednesday afternoon and it's Friday evening), and when I just went to use one, THIS is what all three look like! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I'm most def returning them tomorrow bc I'm sick of throwing stuff out. I wld suggest if you use curbside, that you get produce from some other place!

I came across 2 different types of tofu that had expired over 2 months ago. I told the nearest employee, who I believe was new as he was younger, and he called to someone named Dave, to tell him about it. Dave was in the back, so the employee took the packages of tofu back to him. A minute later, the employee comes back out and puts the expired tofu back on the shelf. I asked him why he was putting it back knowing it was expired, and his response was that Dave told him to do it and his job was to just put the fresh stuff out.
This is the second time I have mentioned this exact expired tofu to a store employee, the first time being 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks ago, the same dates of expiration were there as was today, so I can only assume they have been selling the same expired tofu this entire time. It’s abhorrent to me that they knowingly sell expired food. I will not be shopping there anymore. I have included pictures of aforementioned tofu with expired dates on them, taken today, 10/28/23.

They willingly accept cloned food stamp cards stolen from poor people. My card was used there on 12/13/24. I am in Florida.
