RV park is nice. All level concrete pads with 50/30amp full hook-ups. It’s a quiet park in a growing part of Youngsville.

John (the owner) has to be the nicest person to own an RV park. His help for us during a really bad situation was great.

We’ll definitely be back.

What a nice park! Easy access (use 90...). Great pads and space. Relaxing, quiet. Greenery and open space to enjoy. Good access to local activities. Nice owner/host. Easy back-in with our 45' coach. Well thought out layout. We'll stay here again if in the area.

We stayed for a week in our fifth wheel. As others have said the sites are cement and spacious. We liked that it was a small park & was well maintained. Small laundry & fishing pond on site. Good mix of long-term, worker, & tourist patrons. This park sits in a good location for visiting attractions south of Lafayette, such as Avery Island. Youngsville seems like a newer community, & we enjoyed using the walking path at the nearby sports complex & outdoor concert at Sugar Mill pond. The owner was visible throughput our stay & greeted us by name.

This is a very nice RV park, quiet, and kept very clean. My family and I stayed here for two weeks and the people here are very friendly. The owner John, was very friendly and professional by greeting me and my family when we checked in; asked us if we needed anything and pointed out all the amenities. One bonus to the RV park that we have not experienced until arriving at this RV park was the fishing pond that is on the property. My kids and I had a wonderful time at the catch and release pond. Dogs are allowed, when we received mail, the front office called us to notify of packages that had been delivered. I honestly and truly have nothing negative to say about the RV park. If you need propane, until this park has it on sight, you can go to PSC hardware for filling tank's

Clean and pretty RV park. Owner is fantastic. We were allowed to check in early. Owner came by after we set up to make sure everything was okay. We told him we heard a sound when we plugged up to power. In minutes he had exchanged a new breaker. Quiet park near Lafayette Louisiana. Would happily stay again.

This is a beautiful little park just 15 miles south of I-10 in Lafayette. Veryquiet, well kept, level concrete pads, 50 AMP F/H. The park is less than a year old and the owner John is one of the nicest people we have ever met. Came out of the office to greet me as I was getting out of the motorhome! Now where have you ever been that you have had that kind of service? Has lots of things he wants to do as time and money permit. Passport-America rate Sunday thru Thursday. Well stocked fishing pond. and great Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay for tournaments at the Youngsville Sports Complex. John, the owner, is super nice and will personally come by and check that everything is to your satisfaction. Big level concrete pads and full hookups are a big plus.

Smaller campground that is conveniently located to everything we needed to do in Youngsville. The lots are paved, the spots are all back in, yet easy to get into. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.
