My husband having recently undergone an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) procedure, I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by the medical staff and facility, from Nina (front desk) to Mauricio (technician) and Carlos (assistant). From the moment I arrived until the completion of the scan, every aspect of the experience was characterized by professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
I highly commend the entire team for their outstanding service and would undoubtedly recommend this facility to anyone in need of an MRI.

As you know, the front office staff makes or breaks any professional office. The two ladies at the front desk, especially Moe, are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service.
When Moe says she will call back, she does. She recognizes the importance to have all the approvals in line and will help you get it expedited.
I strongly recommend this office. It is clean, comfortable and friendly.

Five stars is not enough to rate how I was treated by Moesha the manager and Mo the Technician. They were both incredibly professional and they put me a ease before I went in the tube for one whole hour! The place is incredibly modern, clean and tidy which is not the case with other healthcare facilities.

BEWARE! Hearing safety precautions are not properly in place!! I didn't realize the EXCRUCIATING noise this machine makes. I have since researched that proper fitting earplugs (in addition to ear muffs if needed) are required for an MRI, and that the MRI technician is to ensure your hearing is protected through these means. Medical professionals also advocate for the "whisper test", where the MRI technician, out of eyeshot, whispers to the patient. If the patient hears through the ear protection, the protection is inadequate. The "ear plugs" provided me, were piped-in music from a flimsy headset. They were just given to me without ensuring proper fit/protection, which were loose and falling out. The noise from the machine was so deafening, I cried and was sick from the pain. The MRI technician was far from sympathetic or compassionate. Since this test was conducted, my migraine condition has worsened and I now have hearing damage. I never write reviews, but if I can help prevent someone from my horrible experience, then it is pertinent to get the message out to seek testing from a facility who takes the important, necessary measures of protecting their patients hearing.

My entire experience here at A1 imaging was exceptional from start to end! Want to give a Special thanks to Maurice my MIR imaging technician. He was very knowledgeable and comforting throughout the process!!

Unfriendly and they don't show up on time. I was at the location at 7:45 for my 8AM appointment, nobody there. Waited until 8, walked up, nobody there, door locked, lights off in lobby, etc. Waited a few minutes, still nobody there. Knocked, nothing.

I left. Emailed them to let them know that I left because nobody there, get a call back from a snarky representative who didn't care one bit... "I apologize if she was 2 minutes late for your appointment" ... you could feel the attitude right through the phone.

If you have an 8AM appointment, why would you walk in the door at 8:02 anyways? Or even 8? Shouldn't you be there to get the place ready for your customers PRIOR to them showing up? Customer service just isn't what it used to be, huh.

TONS of MRI places around, no reason to settle for this one.
