By far, the best temp agency I've ever gone through. The staff is amazing, they are friendly and great at what they do. The first job they sent me to work out but they said they would keep me in mind, a short time later Melissa called me about another job and 6 weeks later not only am I still there, but I've gotten a raise, trained for a new position, but also now being trained for a skilled position that will get me another raise and I'm going to be hired on full time to the company. I'm extremely thankful and grateful for Melissa and the rest of the staff here at AR Mazzotta.... I recommend every one I know to go there for work. A few people I have sent there have also got employment. If you are looking for a job do yourself a favor and look no further, call AR Mazzotta they will take care of you...

Five stars go to Teresa & Melissa at the Watertown A.R. Mazzotta location!
I received a phone call yesterday to come in for an interview at 9:30am today. As I was heading home from that interview this morning, I received the call that the employer wanted to interview me at 3pm today which I was more than happy to go to. I had a wonderful interview with the employer and once again, as I was heading home, I received a call from Teresa & Melissa inquiring about the interview and how I felt it went. They then proceeded to give me the wonderful news that the job was being offered to me, which I happily accepted! You two ladies are a blessing and thank you for this opportunity!! It was a pleasure meeting both of you and I will see you soon?

I received a text to reschedule an interview. Upon calling this company, a recruiter named Mike tells me I was rude and hung up on their receptionist. I tell him nobody called me, it was a text message I received. I tell him they must have dialed the number wrong and spoke with someone else. Why would I be rude and hang up after applying for a job there. I checked my phone log, no phone call just a text message. They could have checked their phone log to see if the number was dialed correctly. But didn't. A bizarre experience is all I can say. I already found a job through another agency anyway.
But my experience with Mazzotta was definitely not a good one.
(Another bizarre sidenote. If they believe I was rude and hung up on them, why send me a text to reschedule?)

I had a great experience with AR Mazzotta in Watertown,Ct. Employment Specialist Teresa Pagan found me a job with a great company that I'm currently still employed with and it was very fast. Application process is very speedy so there are no delays,if you're ready to work she will find it.Overall great experience always welcoming smiles from the front desk to the back office in very nice clean professional environment. Best Companysnd filled with lots of job opportunities. Highly recommended best service in Connecticut.

Melissa and Theresa at A.R. Mazotta are great and really professional! They helped me very quickly were with me every step of the way. They even call and check up every few days. Unlike some companies, you can tell the staff at A.R. Mazotta really care!!!
