I had robotic surgery Feb 17th 2025 per Dr. Ellison. Dr. Ellison, her nurses,& all her staff that I met were awesome. The anesthesiologist and staff were amazing. The OR team and hospital staff were fantastic. I am so happy I was able to use this fine hospital and meet do many wonderful staff members. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was apprehensive but everyone made sure I had the best care available. I highly recommend Dr.Ellison,Edward's Cancer Center and Colquitt Regional Medical Center. They get a perfect rating from me.

Our father Leonard was admitted to PCU.
I want to thank all the nurses and staff for keeping him comfortable. Especially RN Kim and Doctor Patterson for their excellent service. It was a very difficult time for my sister and I but the care they gave my father was exceptional. They took the time to speak to us. And we could not be more at peace.
I know there were other folks involved.I don't remember all their names. But those 2 women just stood out to me.Thank you so much!

Came to the er Sunday morning around 8am because I had 2 kidney stones and by 9:30am I was in a room and had a CT done with medication. By 11am I was in the OR getting a stent with a plan to come back in a few weeks to have the stones removed.

Everyone that I've seen has been so nice and given me all the information I needed. I've been admitted to a lot of hospitals all over Georgia and this one by far has been the best. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.

My friend needed an outpatient surgery, the nurse staff was fabulous. The doctor however, changed the order of surgeries last minute. We live over an hour away, surgery was to be at 12:30. Now who knows We are extremely unhappy with the doctor, who was to come talk to us first, haven't seen her yet an hour and a half later. And still waiting. My friend says she won't be back to this hospital.

My mom received the best care from both the nurses and doctors. They ensured her that she was ok and they actually talked and listened to her. We came here instead of going to our local hospital which is archbold because of the poor qualify of care we always receive when we go.

I recently had a major procedure done at this hospital. I've heard a lot of good reviews about the place and so had less anxiety. Post-op is where it started. I was able to stay overnight, and the nurses were great until they started prepping me to go home. NO, uncomfortable or discomfort is NOT the same as painful (even Websters's dictionary would have to agree) and NO, you have no idea what I am feeling at that point. They ended having to call my doc to do what needed to be done because of their inexperience. They need to be educated that a Foley (catheter) drains your bladder completely, so don't tell the patient to get right up and pee...it ain't going to happen. And because of that, I ended up having to get another foley to go home with because they were so impatient. It was a very frustrating and painful experience for me that lingered for 3 days till I saw my doc again who removed the second Foley with absolutely no pain or discomfort at all. If you're going to expect the regular floor nurses to take care of these things, you need to train them a lot more or bring in people that know what they're doing for THE PATIENT'S SAKE.
