I recently moved from New York and these was the first apartment that I moved to in Georgia and I must say that I love these apartments so much that I downsize and it’s going on three years since I’ve been here the best decision ever. Mrs. Gabrielle is the best ever and her whole time is wonderful.

I had a situation that I needed to get out of and I was very hesitant about moving...Gabby was very good with dealing with me...she made sure that I was comfortable in the process and understood everything that I needed to know. I also ran into Mrs. Ann who I met along time ago!!! They both made me feel good in my situation and I was approved and will be moving in shortly. Thank you so much ladies...

While I have been currently living EC, Malcolm Perry has been ABSOLUTELY Amazing....he has been the best Maintenance man here. He is very attentive and make sure that the job gets done..Job Well Done!!!!!

I am really not the type to leave reviews but I am annoyed because I've been having issues with my utility bill because my AC is broken. I contacted the leasing office about it and Gabrielle has been helping me. She has been on top of it and I appreciate that. I came home to my AC taken apart and I was confused so I called maintenance. While they were working on it I overheard the guy who called him to make him aware, complaining about me saying I keep contacting them. I don't appreciate the attitude I received for an issue that has made my utility bill OUTRAGEOUS. I just want to get it resolved. I already had issues trying to move in because the AC was broken.

Gabriel Noble -best property manager I have came Accros in the past 7 years. Complex is lucky to have her on the team. I have had bad experiences with with PM in the past. Feels good to find someone who is professional/understanding & kind all in one.

I am forever grateful for Embarcadero during a time of uncertainty and stepping out on my own again after 15 years. I moved from a new state in November of 2023 while working on a divorce. I never saw the apartments in person prior to moving due to safety concerns. I stepped out on faith. I got approved without rental history from the previous home, but I did pay the $400 risk fee.

Ariana was amazing! She listened and showed compassion. The apartment is not terrible but outdated and surely not luxurious. However, I'm disgusted from the roaches that appear sporadically. I do not want to have company over for that reason. I am embarrassed. I pay to much money in rent to have this problem. I have neighbors above me with small children, and you would think five adults live in that apartment. The walls are paper thin - you can hear everything.

The noise can be disturbing and loud at times. They walk all times of the night and in the morning. I have contacted management to assist with the issue. Management spoke with the tenant. The fix was temporary. I will not approach the parents because I live alone and do not want to cause drama, so I will deal with it until I move. Living here is only temporary because I am new to GA, sought affordability, and safety. I will not renew my lease at the one-year mark. I plan to move out of the College Park area as well.

Please check for roaches so be mindful if you decide to lease an apartment. Again, I am forever grateful while I reset my life.
