I’m new to the community, so I’ll share what I know so far. My experience was more than pleasant from the start of my application to the moment my keys were put in my hand. My apartment was clean and ready. All the staff members I encountered were very helpful. JoLisa was really inviting. She really made this process enjoyable and stress free. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait days for a response to emails. I could tell that Porsche was engaging and active in the processes of the office. The property was clean every time I visited. Since signing my lease I have received emails that have been sent out to all residents requesting that they clean up after their dogs. I mention that because it lets me know that keeping the area clean is important to the staff. I’m looking forward to my stay here.

Visited the property, my leasing agent Sheryl was absolutely amazing! Great customer service! Sheryl was very knowledgeable and provided great insight. This community is lovely. The apartments are spacious, which is a huge plus because most apartments are small. Overall, I love it!

I must honestly say that the customer service and the warm welcoming from the staffing team at Legacy Ridge Apartments was definitely remarkable. The Apartment Manager( Ms. Porsche ) was great indeed her determination to helping make sure that I was about to obtain an apartment unite was accomplished. Once I arrived I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. I was Greeted & Handel with Great Care by leasing Agent ( Ms. Sheryl Robinson ) she went above and beyond step by step she worked her magic and boom just like that I was able to not only move in the same day but was also given a great discount; I will highly recommend this apartment location.

Today is my moving day and what should be a smooth transition has not been. The leasing office is supposed to open at 10am and I was here, prompt and on time to pick up my keys but instead I have been waiting for an hour just for someone to show up literally sitting outside in a Uhaul that has to be taken back soon and I will be charged extra for. The atmosphere is decent but leasing has to do better. People are literally out here waiting to be seen and NO is here!! Make it make sense. And if NO ONE shows up, we will need reimbursement for my truck and storage IMMEDIATELY!!! UPDATE I was just told by maintenance that the leasing agent called off and NO ONE bothered to even call or tell us!! This is the absolute WORST experience ever!! If my lease wasn’t already signed I would move somewhere else. The level of unprofessionalism is horrendous and I Will DEFINITELY be contacting corporate repeatedly if I have to until something is done about it.

The trash consumption would make anyone feel discontent about making legacy ridge their home. It’s so embarrassing to see that the trash issue has not been resolved and the fact that they don't accommodate the residence with trash bins in every corner of the complex is problematic bc the trash compact is in the front and everyone can see it when traveling in and out of the complex. Resolve this issue LR, your residence work hard and pay their
Hard earned money every month and deserve to live in decency.

I booked an apartment tour at 6 o'clock online and visited, and they said it had never been booked. When I showed them the reservation text, they were angry that the AI feature on their own website had booked a reservation for a time they don’t accept and spoke rudely to us as if we should’ve known. According to Google Maps, their office closed at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays. Our appointment was at 6:00 pm.

Using AI to reduce their own work and making the inconvenience fall on the customers is foolish and inconsiderate. I wouldn’t have minded the inconvenience as much if the manager hadn’t been so rude in the way she responded. No sense of responsibility for the apartment’s incorrect information, but instead, blames the customer for believing the information they received.

Step in to the office and watch out for the black woman in the room on your left. From her customer service attitude, I suspect she has anger issues. I genuinely hope she sees a psychiatrist.

Once you live in an apartment, you will definitely come across events you’ll need to talk about with the apartment managers. I have removed this apartment complex from consideration after a brief conversation with that manager.

I have been staying here for three months now I moved in with many issues with my apartment, but the new management has made so many changes and so little time she made sure that everyone came and fixed everything that was wrong with my apartment, including the mold, the plumbing issue and the electricity issue and my door from damages someone trying to enter. I really love my apartment and I am just so happy that they were able to fix everything so now that I can live comfortably. The tall maintenance man he came and fixed everything really fast and the plumbers were awesome especially the electrician. I would definitely recommend them.

I went for a tour of the property…and when I say the apartments are beautiful inside/outside. We met Ms. Sherryl Robinson a lovely woman. She was very knowledgeable and gave us great information about the apartments. I give it a 10/10
