Stayed at this hotel while I was on a business trip. The room was in excellent condition and the whole place had the look and feel of a brand new property. Special 5 stars to the the manager, Erika Saavedra, who went out of her way to help me. I had forgotten my suit jacket and shirt in the room. She identified the clothing, asked me to send a prepaid label, and went to the post office to mail it back to me. The staff was extremely friendly - from the kitchen staff who helped me with grabbing some breakfast even though I was late and the window had passed, to the cleaning staff - always pleasant and smiling and willing to help. The location is great too - right off the freeway.

The only real complaint will be the breakfast. It is your average hotel cafeteria food; nothing special. Other than that, the service was good the, the rooms were clean. Friendly workers and calm, peaceful location.

We liked it so much we wanted to add a night, but anyhow, great safe location, gas and shopoing and food close by. The staff were friendly, food adequate, rooms as expected except the door was hard to hold open, the entry area to the room was tight.

Don't stay in room 119 if you want to sleep past 5am. Its next to either the kitchen or a utility area. Had a flight delay, finally checked in at 1:30am so my plan to sleep till 8am was ruined by the knocking on the wall. Lesson learned, ask if the room is next to the kitchen

So the only reason I stayed here was for the bar and resturaunt under their amenities. NO BAR NO RESTURAUNT. Beds were hard , bathroom tub stained bad. Pool was not looking clean or the floor needed painted. 140.00 , won't stay at a Fairfield again . No way to contact headquarters

So so nice. I stayed there a couple of months ago I've been meaning to write this review for a minute now, but I just forgot about it. The old saying is true you get what you pay for. I had some reward points built up so i thought. I don't have my budget straight yet. But hell I wanted to splurge for once. And I did not regret one minute of it! Super nice
Breakfast was made for champions. I would definitely advise if you can afford it or even if you cant. Lol treat yourself. I felt like royalty. I would say this is a luxury hotel and it's very expensive. But worth every penny for real.

Three of the four times I went to front desk I had to wait for someone to show up.

First time walking in to check in I had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to the desk. A bit concerning knowing anyone from anywhere can walk right in unnoticed and right on through the hotel.

Second time next morning I had to wait 4-5 minutes for someone to show up at the desk so I can request my room get serviced.

Third time that night I went to get a bottled water. No one at desk. Went around to side, called out hello, excuse me, no one. Went back around front, waited couple minutes then lady from outside walks in.

Here’s the unacceptable, next morning I asked for room to get serviced and was told no, they don’t service them everyday. Funny, I was given a daily rate when I reserved the room, should be serviced everyday as many other hotels I’ve stayed in do. I told them if they can’t, I’ll go somewhere else where they do. I prefer a clean made room when I return from a days work. They did service the room that day but I don’t think I should have been initially denied it. The young lady probably needs training on how to respond to guests requests.

Additionally, the morning staff over the breakfast area shouldn’t be eating in the doorway wide open to the kitchen overlooking breakfast area. Bit unprofessional.

Next time I’m in the area I’ll just stay at the Hilton Garden down the road. I’ve stayed there before and liked it more.
