It was such a great experience building a new home. At first I was very nervous because the sales agent Carrie suggested a home to me based on floor plan only, no model and I didn’t live in state while the build was happening. Carrie took time to consistently update my husband and I every step of the way. My house is complete and Carrie was 1000% correct by offering the floor plan. My house is big, beautiful and everything I wanted. Working with her is the best decision I made. Thank you Carrie Williams

Worked with the Carrie Williams from the Tamra Wade team as she was the agent for our builder. It was a great experience. She helped us through the entire process and looked out for us. From our initial contact with Carrie Williams she was professional, courteous and very engaged in our real estate interest. Our initial contact was during the pandemic and there were a lot of delays and lag time. However, Carrie always kept us informed and updated as we navigated through the process. She always assured us that things would work out and that we would be happy with the outcome of our home. My home buying process was the most pleasant experience due to two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet. Dioni & Danisha Smith in the Garden Walk Community brought peace, calm, and reassurance to what could be a stressful situation. These ladies are who you would want in your corner going through this process. Dioni from day one made sure every question was answered. Even though she’s very busy with other clients she makes you feel as you are a priority to her. Every encounter with these ladies will leave you with a huge smile on your face and in your heart. They go above just doing their job, they are not your typical agents. My experience with them will have a lasting impression. I now have a new home and new friends.
