If I could leave zero stars I would. My moms house had a tree fall on it during the hurricane Milton two nights ago and her landlord offered for her to move into a different rental unit while hers is being repaired. My mom has already paid her bill for the month and now the water company is demanding she pay a "shut off and reconnect fee". She's literally only moving one unit over! She has just gone through a traumatic event and instead of understanding and helping her through this process, they are money hungry and unsympathetic in this time of need. It's a disgrace! Shame on you Zephyrhills Utility.

I had a water leak from April to July, my bill was so high that I honestly become so hopeless. I did not see a way out. I went to the office, I have never been treated so kindly in my life. This man Ted is so kind gentle and understanding. I have never been treated this respectfully. Yes, I had to pay for the leaks but the team took 3 hours to break things down. If I can leave 10 starts I would do it. Thank you Mr. Ted and everyone at your office May God show you favor.

Paid my bill(late my fault), 65$ reconnect fee, plus 25$ to come after hours. That's basically a whole month to come turn a knob after I already paid to get it back on? I think I'll go to the other company...... Oh wait.

If I could do less than one star I would, they changed the dates for shut off and they over charged you for turning back on and shut down your water even though they could just put the extra amount on your next bill, people on the phone don't have any manners, and no empathy, I wish to hell there was another choice in water companies, but they have you by the short hair's. I would love to know how to make a formal complaint. But that would not matter because there is no other way to have water in your house in Zephyrhills!

Zephyrhills Utilities is a fairly good company. I've never had any problems with them and they send me reminders when I go over my usage for my regular amount of water I use.
And they are kind and willing to work with you to get caught up.

What’s the huge deposit for if they are quick to shut you off if you are late for the bill but to get it turned back on is a runaround and then a reconnect fee Literal crooks. Not to mention the high price for water every month that I barely even use?
