My experience with this company thus far has been a nightmare. A sales guy randomly showed up to my apartment one day unannounced; no appointment or anything. Discussed the issues I was having and what my expectations were; essentially I needed Saturday appointments and I wanted the problem eradicated both of which I was told were no problem so we signed a contract. So far I have not gotten a Saturday appointment and when they do make one they don’t show up; like today. Confirmed the appointment two or three weeks ago and again yesterday with me and here we are. Call the office; no one answers but hell if they don’t still charge you. They started playing games with my debit card to the point that I had to threaten the police to get my stuff removed from “auto pay”. I’ll be damned if I’m paying for services that aren’t rendered. The very first technician that came did an OK job the second one might as well not even showed up at all that’s how little he did, but had the nerve to charge me. The third guy showed up the day after Thanksgiving when I never made an appointment for that did nothing but still charged me; he literally didn’t even get in the house because I wasn’t home. He tried to claim on a service invoice that he did something outside yet I have cameras front and back so yea no he did not. I am three or four months into the service. The issue is worse than ever and they don’t show up for appointments so here we are. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere at least in Fort Pierce. I don’t know if this is a nationwide thing or just this particular franchise, but it’s absolutely horrendous.
