We stayed two nights at this brand new KOA. We were very warmly welcomed by the manager. Because this KOA has only recently opened they are still working hard to get the finishing touches done. The advantage is that everything is still super new and beautiful. The disadvantage is that this campground still needs to grow a "soul". Also, there are no sites with shade yet. The trees have been planted but they still have to grow to provide some shade. There are fun weekly activities and every day you can enjoy a simple complimentary breakfast with good coffee. Highly recommended if only because of the friendly staff!

The staff were top-notch! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. The place is dog friendly, it is VERY clean and safe. I know it is out of their control, but there's no shade on the tent sites, and they are close enough to the road that you can hear every vehicle that drives by throughout the night.
The breakfast every morning is a cool option, and the pool is beautiful.

This brand new KOA is superb. Everything is sparkling new, the staff is incredible, friendly, helpful, just everything you could ask for. The sites are big, well graded, great hookups, and easy to get pulled into. This KOA being new, will do nothing but become better than the great it already is as they continue to add finishing touches to the campground. They always have something going on at night, as well as during the day, and did I mention free breakfasts? On a five star scale, definitely a six! Thank you for welcoming us and our dog and making our trip memorable right here in Crystal River!

We stayed FR and SAT. Enjoyed this new KOA. Very friendly staff. Clean campground. Nice sites. Plenty to do around the area. We stayed busy!! Would recommend!

We arrived on the 8th of August. Everything is new and clean. The bathrooms and laundry were perfect. The staff was super helpful on recommending restaurants and things to do. Plenty of space to walk your dog as well. The pool was super after a hot day. We will be back.

It's a very small campground but the people working there are amazing! We had the greatest time sitting out by the campfire under a million stars. I definitely recommend it🌠🌅🔥‼️

Was here for opening day to check out a park close by for short getways. Great stay with lots to do in the area. Facility was immaculate with very friendly staff and the owners here to greet us.
Hot showers and wonderful pool. Liked the breakfast and coffee to enjoy sitting poolside.
Very dog friendly with a great grassy perimeter to walk the dogs. Dog park was under construction but tend not to use them anyway. Great stay. Thanks all.
