To bad their the only dialysis in that area and they know it. You bet not challenge their physicians or else you will be out of luck. They think they are better than you very arrogant very rude horrible bedside manners they speak condescendingly to you very cold & very insensitive. Their nurse practitioners are narcissist, and there is no diversity in sight. And if you don't kiss their ass they will blackball from treatment. And on top of that they will contact their friends around the region and lie in their notes so you won't be accepted anywhere and pretty much screw your life up.

I been on dialysis 30 years i just turned 13 when I started dialysis. A true survivor! If I was so non-compliance of a patient! How em I still alive after 30 years? Lmao 🤣 what I am is a patient that doesn't play about his care plan I challenge things. what I am is a patient that has an active life, and sometimes have to cut treatment or reschedule because my wife is in the airforce and sometimes she deploys or just can't leave the base. I also have a 10 year old! we are all we can depend on. The Places that we get stationed at? there is no family for us to depend on, it just be us so it's hard. I didn't start dialysis towards the end of my life like a lot of people. I started dialysis at the beginning of my life so how things are done in my case is different from the average dialysis patient. And a lot of these arrogant play as if their god doctors & nurse practitioners and center managers don't understand that or even care to understand what I've gone through in 30 years of dialysis. I've been doing this for 30 years with no family support day & night week & month year after year and to be judged off of notes & lies is the work of the devil evil work evil people.

Poor communication, doesn't feel as if staff truly cares for patients and their needs, they just want to punch out for the day. I hope things change soon or I'm going to have to go elsewhere

Horrible staff, couldn’t even get through to book an examination to be seen for my kidney issues. Pam and Madison were nasty and disrespectful. Seemed privileged and say anything to get out of helping people. She used the term “harnessing staff” over a phone call, see what I mean ?! No wonder why they have 2.5 stars !!! SMH

Usually looks like the lobby / waiting area needs a good cleaning. Their dialysis services seem to be adequate.
