Deep took me on a quick tour of the store and suggested some products for me as I was picking up Italian food next door for my family... we loved everything she suggested and I can't wait to visit again. I may not be sure about anything else about my life, but the products she recommended were fantastic. And this was just scratching the surface. 🔥💯

This is so convenient, I like the new young girl who is at this store now, she is super friendly and always smile and help whenever we need help.
Owners are super sweet, specially the lady she brightens your day with her presence and as for as stuff goes I found no complaints.
I just love the fact that I don’t have to travel half an hour to get Indian groceries,

My husband heard wonderful things about your place from a man he met, so he decided to head over and buy all of the delicious food they were cooking for the day - chicken biryani, samosas, a chickpea/potato dish, and a lentil dish - so, so good and tastes homely!! I wonder if different dishes are rotated to make or if it’s a set menu of items?

I ordered samosa owner took my order but when I go for pick up the girl said she couldn't make
it bcz her son was sick I know it was excuse bcz she was smiling.

This is a wonderful store! Organized, clean, a lot of variety in all categories of items, even the refrigerated items have future expiration dates of several months to over a year! Employees most helpful with my questions. Prices better than some other Indian stores in the area.

My experience at the Zaiqa was very decent! I had placed my order via text and requested for a curbside pick up and everything went smoothly.
As a friendly gesture I was offered to try an Indian snack : Samosa and it was very delicious.
That led me to try another homemade item Chicken Biryani: absolutely delicious!
I will definitely go back for fresh homemade food when its available for purchase.

Response - Despite your video, no police action was taken and they stated they actually understood where I was coming from. My pictures and videos were for my own protection just as your surveillance was. The police simply asked me to apologize for raising my voice, which I did, and you were asked to issue a refund.

You disrespected a customer and accused them of something that made 0 sense considering my wife bought 2 jars and only wanted to exchange 1 with a broken seal that was still closed inside. What motive would she have to be dishonest about that? No other grocery store would question a customer concerned about food safety.

I hope you come to realize the value of trusting your “beloved customers” when they bring a product or service issue to your attention. You have had decent reviews up to this point based on purchases, not returns or exchanges, so I will be the first to relate my personal experience. My review does not qualify as a defamation or smear campaign either. Those terms are defined as making FALSE statements and while unflattering for you, these are completely true. I’m not sure why you thought $2.99 was worth losing a customer and other patrons should be made aware of that. That’s the whole point of a review - good or bad.

Lastly, there was no trespassing conversation that was had with me but as I stated, I will not be back to your store per my personal preference. Please take this truly petty situation as a lesson to learn from going forward. I have my refund and am happy to move on.

Clean store, Courteous service, friendly staff, being new they are willing to get/order whatever you need. The owner went out of her way to get me my choice of grocery product. Excellent home made Biryani and other stuff available on weekends.
