Brought my niece here for sushi last week. We tried several appetizers as it was happy hr. Food was amazingly. Our server was knowledgeable about the food choices. As this was our first time we took his opinion and have ordered take out several times since. Atmosphere was good but we chose to sit outside and I’m a mosquito magnet and got bitten several times, however that was my choice.

We dined there on a Sunday for dinner. The place wasn't crowd so we were seated right away. Server was welcoming but she didn't identify herself. We had the super spider roll, black dragon roll and the crunchy roll. They were all good. Also Kubo has lots of different promotion - all you can eat on Monday and Tuesday, daily specials, happy hours. We tried their version of halo halo which was not bad. Also of note they have a karaoke room you can rent out.

Been here twice in a week! Food was great and service was great! We tried several different things and all was good! Didn’t get pictures the first time but here are a few from today! We will definitely be back! This was calamari rings, crab, Rangoon, shrimp tempura roll and the Miami Heat roll!

Visited here last month and purposely came on Monday because of their ads circulating online for their AYCE menu. Walked in, very nicely decorated. Beautiful restaurant.

Sat down and received an ala carte menu. I asked the waitress and she said they haven't done that in a while. OK well why did I just see that ad? It was disappointing but since we already trekked all this way, we went ahead and ordered. Pricy menu but decent food.

We started off with edamame and salmon tacos. The salmon tacos were probably my favorite item of the night. I ordered the wagyu donburi bowl. Very little meat. A lot of rice and broccoli. It was a terrible ratio.

Service was decent. I saw that they are closing this location soon.

Kubo Sushi is incredible! The food is unbelievably fresh, and the flavors are incredible. The Tom Ka soup is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and sweet, making the experience even better. This is officially my new favorite sushi spot! Highly recommend the Honeymoon roll as well.

Located in Coral Springs, Kubo offers a truly unique dining and entertainment experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Roger, the owner, greeted us with exceptional warmth, and our server, Ethan, was attentive to every detail, making our evening feel truly special.
The food at Kubo is simply spectacular. I highly recommend the octopus croquettes an absolute delight. I also tried the Midnight Bloom cocktail, crafted by an award-winning mixologist who has designed a one of-a kind drink menu. The flavors and combinations were so remarkable that I ended up having three!
As for the Pad Thai, I’ve had this dish in many places and have always had a favorite… until now! Kubo Pad Thai took me by surprise, easily earning the number one spot on my list.

Kubo’s atmosphere is equally impressive. They have a beautifully styled karaoke lounge that’s perfect for a fun night out, with a charming hint of wood fragrance that adds to its cozy vibe.
If you’re in Coral Springs, Kubo is a must visit. From their delicious dishes ,don’t miss the bao buns! to the warm, personalized service from Roger and his wife, Kubo feels like a true family gem.
