El hotel esta separado del centro. El hotel en general está bien, solo que la limpieza de la habitación, la cama y las sábanas no estuvieron correctas. Deberían renovar los colchones y la regadera es antigua

Las instalaciones son muy buenas: limpias, modernas, amplias y silencioso.||||El paquete con desayuno vale muchísimo la pena porque son sólo $10 USD más por persona, pero es un buffet con fruta y jugo frescos, leche, café, té, omelette al gusto, pancakes y algo de guisado.||||El único problema que tuve fue con el cobro, porque las reservaciones las hicimos juntas con otro compañero de trabajo, pero los cobros los pedimos por separado y todo se lo cargaron a él.

I used my points to get a room for my sister for one night, Thursday May 29. I called the hotel directly first to inquire about the renovations. The girl who answered the phone was very friendly & helpful, indicating they were finishing up on the 2nd floor. They had started at the top floor and worked their way down. Based on that info, I picked a corner room on the 3rd floor for my sister, since it was the most recently completed floor. She was not overly concerned about construction noises as she would wake well before 8 am. This was her response to me when I asked her about her stay: “It was very nice. Construction impact barely noticeable and I was one floor above it. I asked for a blow dryer in the morning and it was delivered within minutes by a friendly employee.”||I guess we’re not overly picky. But seriously, I HAVE had terrible stays at some hotels. This one though, according to my sister, was not one of those times.

Such a beautiful property. My family rented out one of the event spaces for a baby shower yesterday and everything was beautiful. The catering was amazing and all the staff was an absolute joy. Thank you to the Double Tree staff for helping us celebrate our family yesterday.

First time stay at this property for business in the area. Disappointed as a Diamond Member and soon to be lifetime Diamond Member that this property does not have a cable service provider that offers a CBS affiliate. This option was certainly missed while I stayed on property for 4 nights. My options for streaming from my I-pad were also limited due to a slow connection. Bathroom includes a Bluetooth connection vanity mirror, but no access to one of the major tv broadcast outlets or decent bandwidth. However, the room was equipped with a refrigerator which is nice for leftovers, but Doubletrees have no in room microwaves. The guest microwave is in the lobby. Access to rooms via elevator requires a key card which is nice. The staff at the on property restaurant was super helpful on the morning I went down for breakfast due to being ill and worked from my room instead of going into the office. I very much appreciated them getting me tea, honey, lemon, hot water and breakfast items to take back to my room. Parking is plentiful and a conference center is next door with public parking. There are many nearby dining options and Houlihan’s is listed as the hotel dining option with room service availability. A Walmart is across the street. Opportunities for cleaning improvement include the bathroom vent which needs to be added to a master sanitation schedule for regular cleaning.

We arrived later at night and the check in staff was courteous and delightful. Staff was helpful answering our questions about food options as well as Hilton points questions we had. The warm cookie and bottle of water really is a mood saver when you've been rushing around traveling all day. The room was clean and modern (they are currently renovating and we got an updated room so eventually they should all be updated). The tiny coffee maker works great for heating water for tea. I couldn't hear any noise from the lobby or other rooms from my room. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only reason I did not rate 5 out of 5 is due to the noise in the basement but this was sorted by 10 pm by the chap on the desk.
This hotel is going through renovation but in no way did this affect our stay. The rooms are spot on. Staff were proffesional.
My only bad point is that if you get a room on the inside and you want an early night sleep, you may struggle. Due to the design of the hotel, the lower the floor of your room the more intense the noise is from the lobby. We could hear kids shouting and adults talking loud up to 9.30 pm.
We were on the 3rd floor.
But true to word noise stopped before 10.
Overall a great stay.
