I came here on a recommendation from a co worker and my experience was well above amd beyond what i was expecting. Needed a new mod and the staff member was able to not only find what i needed. But color matched it. Answered all my questions, had a few mins to banter about things. 100% recommend them.

Tl,dr: Came in for a new mod, left with coils batteries and a color matched mod to my tank.

I always have a good time coming here. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help with any issues I may be having with my personal device. Kristin made me feel very at home at this store, as I just moved to the area. Sometimes it’s hard to find a store where you feel welcome, but when I’m here, I get a great experience. The salesman Michael was very helpful also in helping me determine what would be a good flavor to try for my flavor profile

They were super helpful in helping me find the mod and tank that I wanted. They didn't have the color in shop so they ordered it for me. It took less than a week. They also have a pretty good selection of juices and coils. What one store doesn't have the one in Bristol will most likely. My fiance and I won't go anywhere else.
