We stayed her for one night as we passed through. We have a 37ft Class A and booked a full hookup site (site 13). It wasn't a good fit for us due to the hookups being on the opposite side and towards the front so we needed to switch spots.
It was after hours and called to move to a water and electric only (Site 1). It was a very easy process and we were able to get settled quickly. We recommend them for a quick stop over

Well, it is definitely NOT a resort. It is an RV campground that is very run down. Good only for an overnight stay as it has easy access on and off the interstate, however, you hear the interstate noise. The office/store was somewhat bare of supplies. The lady who met us was very nice but I was not really sure she worked there! Our welcome packet was taped to the door but there were no signs indicating whether site 14 was to the left or right. That would have been nice. They do have a new playground set which looked very nice. Also had a small pool that looked fine. The grass had been recently mowed. Gravel roads and gravel RV spots. Ours was pretty level. Pretty dusty as it has not rained there recently. There are some people living in campers as full time residents. That is pretty common now. Two run down looking cabins. Very nice looking laundry, $3.50 to wash and $4.50 to dry. I did not check out the bath house which was attached to the office. That appeared to be the one and only bathhouse. As stated, for an overnight stay it is fine, I would not want to stay much longer.

This looks like it used to be a nice campground but it is no longer kept up. We sat outside for about 15 min. And found over 5 ticks on each of us after taking our shower!! We were sent to the last row to camp, which were the closest spots to the interstate! We heard that noise all night! It was adequate for an overnight but I will not camp there again!

The 2 star review is for the propane service here. This used to be my goal to spot for propane refills in Clarksville. Now the last 3 times going I've had issues and have not been able to fill the tanks on my food trailer. 1st it was a missing adapter, and the next two times it was operator errors. Basically the nice ladies there have no idea what they are doing and will not take advice. I had to go elsewhere those last times. It's too bad too. It has the most convenient filling spot in town for large vehicles. Now I'll have to take my money somewhere else, can't waste time there anymore.

This is our last stay here. It was so bad, we voluntarily forfeited our deposit for a return trip and stayed elsewhere.
What use to be an affordable, well maintained park, has turned into a beat down, dumpy looking, not maintained parking lot. No fresh paint on anything, landscaping () is nothing but weeds, grass needs mowing, and the dog park filthy. Mid-calf high grass in the dog run is not conducive to anything positive.
They put me and my 39 ft fifth wheel on an end lot with no way to make the turn to exit the property. Simply enough to back up and start over, but the 7 other EMPTY sites where I could be placed would have made it much easier.
You also arrive (with scheduled reservations) to find a 4-5 page document to sign and return. No thanks. Not going to sign a document which appears on arrival after a long day of travel, especially when terms and conditions are already accepted online and monies paid will not be refunded.
The first noise from the trash dump across the road started at 4:45am this last visit.
We'll see the typical Corporate response here about how they will take this advice seriously, but I left a review last year, was asked to send a note to an email address for f/u, did so, and over a year later.......nothing. Nothing is what you get at this property unless they make some changes.

Huge discrepancy between advertised price and actual. They tack on a $20 booking fee. The trees are nice, but make it tight to park and there are so many birds in the trees pooping on the picnic table and grass it is not usable. We were in the back row and the freeway has a grade right there so the trucks coming down it with their air brakes is very loud all night. Louder than usual right by a freeway. I would not have stayed here if there were anything else available.

By rooms I mean bathrooms. There is definitely mold in the men's bathroom and the women's needs work. The bathroom stinks of mold. We called to get a spot on the road and I told them we would be there in a half hour. They said we would still need to go by front office to check in. When we got to campground the office was closed and no information was there with my name. I did receive email confirmation of our booking though.

IF you are choosing this campground because you used Good Sam, I am sorry. We did too. Next time we will read the reviews. It is extremely overpriced for an overnight stay, especially if you are not hooking up to their water and not using the facilities (read the other reviews on that, we did not use them). This campground is NOT a resort, it is a glorified trailer park. The sites are close together, as it appears to have been a KOA in its previous life. Could not figure out why it smells like trash... (the trash trucks, towns extra dumpsters, and trash collection point is across the street and not the campgrounds fault). I would gladly have paid $40 maybe $50 to stay the night, but definitely not happy with the almost $80.
Editing to say the actual cost was $40.. BUT there is a $20 booking fee (for what a greedy corporation)

Restrooms were okay. On site staff very nice. Since this park is fairly close to the interstate, there was normal highway noise. The Park Àdvisor app indicated the rate was $42 per night. When we called to make reservations, we were advised the rate was $80, but no breakdown of what that $80 included. Come to find out when we looked at our email receipt,$20 of it was a booking fee with a call center for the Rjourney Corporation, that we were not advised about verbally.!!

Our spot was infested with biting spiders. Looked them up… not deadly, but painful sting… We woke up to get ready for our event Saturday to discover no water in ‘resort’. Office wasn’t open and it was 9 AM. There are a few worn out campers and junk piled up with long timers staying there. There was also a funky smell. When entering the office a friendly large dog greets you and jumps on you. Not sure when these pictures were taken… The RV park looks nothing like this. Location is on a major highway and sleeping is like you are under a bridge on a major highway, in a tent. Very loud.

Not a resort… By any means…

We camped here for 3 nights because the pictures looked good and it was an RV resort. The actual grounds are nothing like the pictures and our site adjoined I 24. The noise was nonstop . Very loud. No grass just dirt and a few sparse weeds. No attendant was ever noted to be in the office to try and switch sites, which may have been slightly better, an encelope for our arrival was taped to a board.. No luck filling a propane tank as there was never anyone there. It was a one and done for us.
