Purchased the H20 e3 mop June 2020 and after a few months the trigger stopped working. I received a replacement and after a couple of months I experienced exactly the same problem suggesting the product is defective. Having experienced the same issue twice I didn't want yet another replacement and asked for a refund. I was told that they can't offer a refund as they are able to offer a replacement but i do not want to have to go through the rigmarole of sending the defective product back for it to be replaced with yet another defective product. I'm pretty sure that I am entitled to a refund (according to the consumer rights act, 2015) if the product is defective! It is not right that companies are allowed to produce such poor quality products at such a high cost. Do not purchase anything from this company!

Placed an order on Sunday asked if I wanted to upgrade for next day delivery, said yes and paid accordingly. Now I am told it is express delivery which is 2-3 days. Customer service is appalling if there was anything less than 1 star that’s what they would get from me. Definitely a company to AVOID.

Don't order from this company. Terrible customer service. Purchased the Livington Prime hoover. €179. Not half as powerful as advertised. Broke after just under a year. Wouldn't do anything for me as they used the only purchase date as the starting date for the warranty not the date I received it. Very disappointing.

I bought the H20 from thane uk but got the European version complete with the plug Adapter. I then asked for English instructions as the manual wasn’t in English. There is a difference in models but Thane customer service won’t accept it. Customer service is poor as I have struggled to attach the accessories to the hose supplied and have been asked to pay to return the item even though it’s not fit for purpose

I wa given a "free Delivery" coupon which the site accepted, until the payment screen appreared. Then I was going to be charged £5.99. Nice try, but no thanks.

I have purchased the twist and shape from them thru amazon the box came open and it was missing a part contacted them without any positive feedback lucky it was purchased to amazon and they solved my problem the reviews on the site don't seem genuine...stay away from this company
