Mauricio presented himself very professionally at first meeting, and was so throughout the installation of my water heater. He was very thorough and very considerate of my property, cleaning along the total installation process. Prior to leaving, he ensured I understood to reach out to him if I experienced any problems afterward. His rates were very competitive, with others that could not perform the job within the time frame I needed. Definitely recommend!

horrible. does not back up his work. electrical connections were not up to code. said he would come to fix issues and then did not return calls or return to fix items.

5 star business. Viejas Heating and Air was recommended to me by a close family friend. Communication between contract signing and project start date was great. The crew finished the job in the timeline they advertised.
Moe did great work on our new HVAC system, including new ducting. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently had an issue with my Furnace and I reached out to Viejas Heating and Air. They were able to come out quickly and fix the problem. Our air conditioner broke down and we had no idea what was wrong with it. We called Viejas heating and air, and Mauricio and his team came out right away. They were super fast and efficient and very friendly, and took care of the problem in a very short period of time. They were super knowledgeable and very kind. I would highly recommend them!

Moe seems like a nice guy, but I had a bad experience. Came out and said they charge $65 for a quote (mini split install)?! Nobody else does that.. and that's something that should be stated by phone before coming out. I paid, and then he just stopped responding to messages.

Don't use this guy! Seems to be nice at first, he does not return your calls, did not finish the job, disappears for hours and comes back intoxicated, never gave me an invoice after i paid him in full!

The worse people worse experience ever. Mauricio charge for pieces that he connect wrong identified the problem and never came back to finish the job never answer the calls or texts, someone NOT TO TRUST. DO NOT TRUST IN HIM.
