Overall my stray was good. I just needed a place for the night. The staff was really nice and helpful. They were able to get me in a room that had the amenities that i had requested. Though the BR did not have any toiletries like (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or soap). I normally bring my own anyway. It could use a deep cleaning under the bed and maybe a cleaning of the windows seat. There was a fan in the closet, but i preferred the widow for fresh air.
If i needed to again I would stay here.

The staff was great. Our room was ready when we arrived despite 2 cleaners calling out for the day. The location is great. Lots of parking.

We did not stay for breakfast since we left early to catch a flight.

The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the pillow. The sheets smelled fresh, although they did have a small stain on them. I could tell the room was cleaned well.

A lot of reviews mention cleanliness of the room. It is not from lack of staff trying. The owner needs to invest in some new bedding, chairs, pads for the window seats, night stands, art on the wall, curtains and lamps that you can charge your phone from. Some exterior work and work to fixing the paint and heaters needs repaired as well. Staff can work hard all day, but without these upgrades being addressed the rooms will not "feel" clean. It will continue to have negative reviews. We paid $176 for a room that felt like a motel room, not a Wyndham hotel room. We would pay extra and stay somewhere else.

Reviews also mentioned the walls are thin. They are, we could hear our neighbors tv till late and they probably heard us get up early and shower.

Our room was on the third level. The employees were not picking my calls. There was no fridge or microwave the microwave was in the breakfast room. The sink was kind of clogged which means the water was going slowly in the drain. Not much storage place. There was room for 5 or less people. Nothing for kids to do. Boring stuff on TV. The breakfast was good but the Cheerios were old and not much options. This hotel was the worst rated hotel by me in my trip to Alaska by the way.

I'd give this property no stars if possible. When we arrived to our room we found it to be very old and dirty. The window seat cushion had stains and holes in it. The bed sheets had fresh blood stains on them. They were also covered in these tiny black stains. The one corner of the comforter looked like it had makeup on it. We were unpleased and checked out. We let the front desk know. After submitting a refund through expedia the property manager refused to process a refund. Stay away from this place.

Room assigned to us on 1st floor smelled bad like it had never ever been cleaned since hotel was built. Window didn’t even have a lock because it was broken & missing. Used shoes to wedge it closed as our could’ve been accessed from parking lot. Parking lot was completely full & looked like vehicles had been parked in back for years. Hotel was completely full so another room wasn’t available & looks like management or owners haven’t put any money into the upkeep of this hotel. Smell in room was so bad & we had no choice but to stay get a few hours of sleep. Huge stain on window seat cushion. Front desk staff was nice enough. I’m sure cleaning staff does their best with what is there. Opted out of breakfast. Would not stay again due to both safety & dirty old nasty carpet smell was overwhelming. Bathroom was very clean but dated.
