Very friendly staff that gave an accurate estimate of work to be done and waited until it was okay to start the vehicle work. And after a minor overlook of service; it was corrected by the department manager the very next day without hesitation. It was awesome to deal with a manager who absolutely cared about his position and his store. I would have work done here again and I would recommend to my friends and family

I am so grateful to have found this place. While out of town, I had an oil leak after taking my car for an oil change at another establishment. The women at the front was so helpful & knowledgable. They had my car fixed in less than an hour & were extremely fair with pricing. I highly recommend!

Very pleasant atmosphere! They checked my car out while I was there and explained what they thought needed attention. I brought the car back for service, and they called me with up-dates. The car now runs smoother than ever and I'll definitely bring my car back and I highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you, Colchester Meineke!!!

The staff at Colchester Meineke was not only accommodating, they were extremely fun and helpful. I had a wonderful conversation with Cassie while I waited for my car to be taken. I called them and explained what i needed, they told me to come right over. Twenty minutes later, my car was repaired and i was completely satisfied with the service!

A trusted shop, always reliable and fair prices…they have taken care of multiple cars for my family…this time, they saved us (again), my son was involved in an accident coming home from school for Thanksgiving, without hesitation, they made sure we could bring the car in to be inspected and made the needed repairs before he had to leave for his return to WVU…a great location that goes the extra mile!

Well this is a tough one. My car needs more work from a Ford dealership but Meineke did what they could with a discount. Still happy with their service as they have been working on my car for a while.
