So happy there's a new restaurant close by. The restaurant is beautiful! The decor and environment are so calming. I love near the bathrooms, there's hanging plants from the ceiling! The restaurant and restrooms were super clean. The staff were amazing! They were so kind and attentive.

We did the happy hour menu - we ordered the fried calamari, which I do not like but wanted to try, and it was delicious! Along with the fuego sauce. It was crispy and not chewy at all. Also ordered the beef sliders on brioche buns. They were tasy as well! We also got the pork belly - tostones, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice . I personally did not enjoy this, but my bestie's did.

We had such a great time and will definitely be back for a nice dinner.

Went to Fuego for a family birthday party, the food was delicious and the service was great! Have to mention the gentleman who I believe was the owner was amazing with my 4year old son. He is very social and went right up to the owner for a conversation, my 4 year old tried to help put away a table and the gentleman humored him and allowed him to help then gave him a little treat after. I really appreciate the kindness he showed my son as not everyone does with a social child like mine.

A gem in the heart of Derby. Our server Kevin was super polite and made us feel welcome. My Salmon with risotto and the Rib eye were cooked to perfection. Overall I give them 5 stars, I can not wait to come back. Only one suggestion. Add kids menu for couples that come with their kids

I have been to Fuego numerous times with friends and family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Food is delicious and consistent. Cocktails are tastefully crafted. The staff is friendly and attentive. I have never been disappointed!

A hidden gem - have been for dinner, as well as apps and drinks. The food is authentic, delicious and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere, beautiful interior design.

The food was amazing and fresh! The drinks were very well balanced and delicious. The ambiance dark and endearing. Spanish music low with a nice touch. Will absolutely repeat!

Really delicious food, friendly service, interesting beer on tap. Everything I've ordered has been a hit (omg the pork-belly tostones). Décor is cool, and there are spaces for intimate, swanky dinners as well as friendly Olympics viewing at the bar!
