I can’t say enough great things about the JP1100 Massage Chair – it has truly transformed our relaxation routine. The quality of the massage is fantastic, covering everything from deep tissue to gentle relaxation, and the chair itself is extremely well-designed and comfortable. It’s like having a personal masseuse available whenever we need it.

The standout feature, however, has been the customer service. When our remote broke unexpectedly, we were initially concerned because it wasn’t covered by the warranty. But their customer support team went above and beyond to help us out. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to solving the problem quickly. In no time, they had arranged for a replacement remote, and it arrived in perfect working order, exceeding our expectations.

We purchased the Inner Balance Jin 2.0 almost 3 years ago. Everything about the chair is great! It has so many different options and settings that are therapeutic and relaxing. The chair works great for my small 5’ 4” frame and my husband at 6’2”.
Our puppy chewed up the power cord and remote cord and the company has great to work with on getting those replaced! I can’t wait to relax in the chair again!!

I was given the neck massager as a gift and it does an excellent job releasing neck and upper back tension! The charge holds for long periods of time and the controls are easy to navigate. It is a little heavy to get it placed where you need it but once in place it works extremely well.

Buy yourself one!!! You are worth it!!! I am a nurse and on my feet for extended hours multiple days a week…This chair is a lifesaver 🙂 I use it to wind down after a long day, and always drink my first cup of coffee in it before I start my day!!! I am certain it has paid for itself multiple times over what I would have paid for a chiropractor and massage therapist…I love love love mine!! I recently had an issue I needed to reach out to their support team for and they were quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable and solved my problem 🙂 Buy yourself one!!! You deserve it!!!

I’ve had the Synca Percussive Massager for about 2 years and my husband and I love it! We use it almost daily! Feels great in the hand, it has amazing pressure and holds a good charge. Customer Service has been good as I’ve find them quick to respond!
