I’ve been living in Sofi Thousand Oaks since 2020. I love how peaceful, safe and family friendly the community is. I love the location on Gainsborough road and enjoy walking on the street alone or with my daughters. The common areas are clean and organized. The management office staff are so friendly and responsive. They take every issue seriously and work on it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property for those seeking a quiet place and friendly community. Pictures below are for the walk on Gainsborough rd and the view from my balcony.

We loved how professional the leasing consultants were. Both Katie and Adriana were very helpful and made us feel right at home. The common areas are outstanding, and the gardens are very well manicured. And location, location, location. Sofi is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. It looks like an amazing place to live.

Amazing Team here Kathleen and Adriana Helped us so much especially that we were moving to a new area. To time to explain and get all necessary documents done. Customer service is amazing , always help out with question you have and communication is great .

My wife and I lived here for 3.5 years. We loved it and have great memories of the place. It's surprisingly large for what on paper is a one bedroom place. We converted the "den" area into a guestroom for when we had family in town. Our son was born while we were living here, and we spent many days roaming around the apartment complex.

Everything is well run, I'm not sure what the market is for other properties, an extra parking space, etc. but we always felt like it was well worth what we were paying. A couple times we considered moving to a two bedroom place elsewhere, but most of the two bedroom places in the area are barely bigger than a Sofi one bedroom.

Maintenance was rarely an issue, we had a couple minor things slip through the cracks where we had to remind them, but 95% of the time things got fixed immediately when we put a maintenance request in.

They try to do community oriented things from time to time, like BBQs and Food Trucks. We never made it to one but always appreciated that they were trying.

The pool area is terrific, and the upper balcony makes it even nicer. We had a couple BBQ/birthday parties there and it was a great setting. At one event George, the manager at the time, brought everyone ice cream as a treat, which was super thoughtful. When the pandemic hit, management was very good about communicating with everyone what was going on.

Overall, we recommend it. It's not perfect, but nothing is going to be, and we will always have extremely fond memories of Sofi Thousand Oaks!! Thank you to all the staff there, past and present, who made our living experience there so pleasant.

I recently moved into the Sofi TO complex, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Kimberly, the property manager, has been an absolute gem. She's been super nice and has been quick to answer any questions i had throughout the rental process. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. I must mention the excellent service provided by the management team. From the leasing process to move-in day, they have been attentive, responsive, and friendly, ensuring a smooth transition into my new home.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move into Sofi. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable living experience.

We rented an apartment for our son here for the last three years. Very nice, large rooms and well maintained grounds. Lots of social events and a real feeling of community. The best part is the staff. You never know about service until problems arise and there were a few (not caused by Sofi). Everything was handled courteously, quickly and more than fairly. I highly recommend this complex.

Maintenance request was posted last week but nothing was done. I was promised that the issue would be resolved but nothing was done. The work was posted as complete but nothing was done. A second request was posted but so far nothing has been done.

Our Bathtub was not draining and unbeknownst to us, the pilot light on our furnace had blown out as well. We put our maintenance request in the SOFI system first thing in the morning. Within an hour Josh showed up to address the clogged drain. He did a magnificent job addressing the problem and then cleaned the bathtub for us as well! What a nice gentleman.
Just as Josh was finishing up, another SOFI person named Daniel worked with Josh to get our pilot light lit and the heat turned back on.
I lived here for 8 years and was always impressed with the responsiveness of your maintenance team.
