Entiendo que este hotel esta bien localizado pero falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones. El horario del desayuno debe ser extendido y variado. Deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, Las toallas estaban manchadas y no olian a limpio.

La verdad este lugar es uno de los peores hoteles del estado de Alabama # los cuartos están sucios, las toallas están sucias, las camas están sucias, y también el desayuno no te podes tomar más de una taza de café porque te regala la encargada es lo peor de Alabama

Well... where should I start? First they bumped us from a wheelchair accessible room to a room in the back, because we brought our dogs.
The rooms were not clean. I used a wash cloth to wipe up water that splashed from the sink (the faucet has issues), and it came up filthy. The Shower had a small hole in the wall, without even an attempt to patch it (hate to think of the mold behind that, with water splashing into it). The tub had a ring (not easy to see in pic). The lid on the toilet tank did not fit. The wall next to the toilet had dirty splash marks - I don't even want to know! The door facings are also nasty, and the corner (where door meets the wall)is also gross.
Breakfast wasn't even mediocre - no meat; and the eggs were brought out maybe 8 flat ones at a time, and they were maybe room temperature. The fridge contained only butter, then the girl finally brought out 6 yogurts. Also, the exit door to the back was purposefully blocked by high chairs. When another customer moved them to exit, the girl came out and jammed them back under the door handle.
Now... the rudest part... my disabled daughter wears a urinary catheter, and while cleaning her up I did not notice it had opened, and then I saw the urine on the bed. I stripped the bed and went to the desk (phone does not work - no cord), and asked for replacements. The girl said I had to bring down the soiled ones before I could get replacements (9:30pm, mind you). So my son brought them and waited... and waited... the girl told him to leave, that she would bring them to room. 20 minutes later (apparently she had to call her boss and ask permission), she delivered the replacements with a warning... and I quote "Do not let it happen again. She is going to charge you." Then what she delivered, while clean, had stains - and the comforter had holes.
Finally, to top it all off... MY SON HAD A COCKROACH IN HIS ROOM!!! (Hopefully I can also upload the video).
Oh...and outside there were definite safety violations... metal pulled out from under the a/c unit, and electrical outlets falling out of the wall.

Room was small and not the cleanest. Fridge was missing hardware in the door and did not have the little freezer section. One of our rooms actually had a cockroach in it. Very little water pressure in shower and virtually no hot water. Breakfast was so so. No meat and had to wait for eggs.

This is one of the worst places I have stayed. We got to rooms, and one of the rooms was decent, but the bathroom ceiling looked like it was caving in. The toilet seat was cracked, so when you sat down, it pinched you, I mean, a toilet seat is like $10 people fix this! The other room had an awful stench like awful old food. I searched the room for it but no luck finding anything, and there were so many little flies all over the walls, ceiling, pictures. I talked with the front desk and she came and looked at the room acting like there was no smell and didn't see the flies, so since she couldn't get ahold of the manager nothing could be done... The bathroom was better then the other but still gross. Breakfast was minimal with one cereal, they did have biscuits and gravy and juice, toast but that's was basically it. Definitely not worth what they want for the rooms, pay extra and go across the street. Also there was a stench outside of Marijuana during the night. We also got a knock on our door at 8am reminding use 11 is check out, wtf? Definitely will not stay at choice hotels in small towns like this again.

I would rate this experience as a 0 if possible.

1. Family Unfriendly: Despite being labeled "non-smoking," we were placed next to smoking rooms, and the rules seemed unenforced. The AC was inadequate, and breakfast was disappointing—broken waffle maker, diluted juices, stale eggs and cereal.

2. Cleanliness Issues: We found blood on our bed sheets around 10:30 pm. The receptionist was unhelpful and rude, blaming us and offering no replacement blankets. The room was also dusty, with a moldy smell and dirty mirrors.

3. Poor Amenities: The TV channels didn’t work, which was a minor issue but worth noting.

4. Dirty Pool: The pool was not properly maintained.

5. Security Concerns: There were significant gaps in the doors, allowing bugs to easily enter.

Overall, the experience was far below acceptable standards.

This place is a joke!!! The staff is super rude and acts like everything’s your fault when brought to their attention. The rooms are disgusting especially the floors. The walls are nasty. The pillows are lumpy and you only get 4 per room. The shower has only luke warm water and you only get 3 towels. The wifi is super slow and the tv glitches more then it doesn’t with the whole 7 channels you get to choose from. The shower curtain stinks. The toilet runs all the time. The gaps in the door are just big enough for the suit shine through, if people are smoking the smoke smell comes through and bugs can make their way in the room. Definitely would give this place a -5 ⭐️’s out of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you are looking for a shitty stay this is the place for you otherwise I wouldn’t choose it.
