This apartment complex do not like completing tenant request. They will hold your security deposit even if you completely clean out your apartment. They will take it all. Don’t not move here.

Lived here for a little over a year. Left the place looking better than we received it given they were ten days later than expected to get it ready for us to move into. My family and I even had to finish cleaning and doing their job .Come to find out we aren't getting our entire deposit back. Washer and dryer always broken. Lots of domestic issues taking place in the building. Was a tenant that always paid rent on time and made no complaints.

This is the epitome of slum lords. The property manager do an amazing job of showing how great the unit you are rent looks and all the clean USED appliances and once they move you in and take your money. All the decisions are made by the owner. Property manager is nothing but a lap dog that follow orders. Unless it time to do fraudulent things to obtain the rent money. They do not fix anything and no longer show you the same courteous Between the roaches and messy trash and only one washer and dryer in each laundry facility and rodents from that and the lack of cleaning between the other occupants and the maintenance It is not worth the money. you have a better chance of renting from someone other company that isnt private! Stay away they are $$$ hungry. They finally responded! Tenants beware all of those rental assistance program they had you filling out when they “falsely evicted you” they come back to you not the owner. Lets hope the city inspector do a better job of giving them fines while all of those leaks and bad refrigerators get you the right appliances you need. They still are Slumlords. Only plus is they accept anyone credit.

Lived here for a year and with was very nice. Worked and came home. Nobody bothered me but I also never bothered anybody. Property is quiet at night. Property manager always answers my questions or handles my concerns. Will recommend to anyone looking to rent in the that area.

First I would like to say Marivel is gem. Her loyalty and devotion to her craft is one of a kind. It’s so sad that she is undervalued by her employer. Do not waste your money renting from this property. I have been in my unit since October and have had nothing but problems. My unit has flooded 3 times in four months. I have electrical issues that have yet to be fixed properly despite someone coming out twice to fix the matter. I called emergency maintenance for the flood in my unit and the response was I'm aware of the situation someone is on the way I'm not on the property right now. Don't waste your money renting from these slumlords.

Horrible and not professional. They would lie to you telling you stuff is new but when you move in the apartment it's old stuff they got from another apartment. Refrigerator was dirty and walls not really painted, they do touch up paint with old paint they already have and horrible patching and when you move out they charge you all types of fees like for paint and for painting and fixing and you wonder what fees they charge the person before from their security deposit because it don't look like they replace nothing or clean when I moved in. Me and my wife did the cleaning and miguel is a liar told me he wasn't going to charge me over 100 but when I got the paper in the mail it said 750 of fees that didn't make sense. Charge us for stuff that was damaged when we moved in and cleaning fee when he walk by and saw me and my wife cleaning the apartment better than when we got it and he responded you guys cleaning great. Crooks but you charge me 150 dollars cleaning fee. I fix stuff myself in the apartment because you can never get them but one day late you got a eviction on your door but they want you to wait 30 days for your deposit. People don't feed into the lies when you moving in. Its like getting trick into a relationship and then realize the person is a abusive person. People be moving in and moving out in 2 months and this is my honesty, me and my wife will say but they just moved in. If you late 2 days they charge you a extra 500 in rent. Its like they can't wait to evict you to move someone in the next day. Wasn't getting no hot water for 2 weeks and walk up on miguel and he lives in the apartment and told him the situation and he told me I'm of I'm not dealing with no apartment stuff and I got baby that can get sick by the cold water. A property manager that doesn't want to deal with problems because hes off but when you off you can walk up to people and tell them they can't park there and if the fire department come out there for a situation . If they see you as the property manager are you going to say I'm off . Being a property manager is your job. Faucet was leaking in the bathroom and I had to change it myself. I should of look at these reviews before I moved in because these people are liars and money hungry. Tell you it's a nice and quiet neighborhood but my wife go to the laundry room and it's a dude sleeping in the laundry room and he made his self comfortable and that's not safe for women washing clothes at night. You come home you don't want to be walking up stairs to people sitting on the stairs smoking and you and your wife gotta squeeze your way through. Karma is coming their way
