I highly recommend this Thai establishment. The service is friendly, the food is delicious. The outdoor patio is a lovely feature. Ideally situated in Old Town Cottonwood with plenty of parking.

Went to dinner here with my friend & we were almost immediately sat. We ordered and our food arrived promptly. Prices were fair & portions were large. The atmosphere was fine from a 24-year-old's perspective but i probably wouldnt take a first date here

We got to Cottonwood late afternoon and by the time we were hungry it was evening and the family was too tired to go out to eat. We found Mai Thai on Main and thought we'd give them a try. They did not disappoint!! We didn't call ahead, just went there to put in a order for take out. 15 minutes to come back to pick it up was all it took. And it was quite busy so they were fast! The dining room looked like it was filled with happy and full customers. The food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area!!

+JMJ Saturday 8 October 2022 This is a much anticipated visit to dine. I was greeted by a young lady whose smile and gentle demeanor made for a sincere and warm welcome. Though all menus were offered: lunch, main meals, drinks, the waitress pointed out to me that my meal selected from the main menu was actually featured on the lunch menu for their lunch pricing (if I could read ?). Anyway, the side salad was made of crisp vegetables with a light dressing. Couldn't identify the type of dressing, but it was so delicious, I thought of licking the plate to get every drop! ? My order of Pad Thai arrived shortly thereafter (quick service.) First time ever eating this what I believe is a very traditional Thai meal. Scrumptious! Loved the chopped peanuts and the sprinkling of cilantro over the noodles dressed in a sweet sauce. The chicken pieces were an added accompaniment. And, to finish off the meal, I ordered Thai tea. That was a first too. What a beautiful drink and yummy. That drink could be considered a dessert. Lastly, the atmosphere is so serene with very soft background music. Very pleased overall with this dining experience at Mai Thai. Highly recommend! ? ? ?

If we could rate the restaurant higher - we would..! Great service, better food, and spice levels were very accurate - I prefer spicy so a 4 heat was perfect for me.

My pad kee mow lunch special was perfect.. she had the tom kha plus chicken and a massasam curry with rice at a 3 heat.

Some of the best Thai food we have had in the USA - highly recommended and we will definitely return!

The food was good. The ambience was decent. The person serving me was very quick and took proper care. I tried the appetizer platter, chicken satay was really good, well cooked and had a very nice taste. Tom kha soup was pretty decent too. If I visit this town again I'll surely stop by again for some good Thai food.
