I have nothing but positive review about Miroslava Ramirez. I had a different lender, but Miroslava as willing to look over my paper work and let me know if I saved a good closing cost deal or not. If I was not too deep into my purchase , I would have changed lenders and went with her. She also helped and showed me with company will have low insurance price and what i should do to make my closing cost less costly. Thank you so much for your help. This last year and this year have been probably one of the hardest. My family faced the idea that they would loose their home of 12years due to an unfortunate thing that happened. We reached out to several individuals that would say they’d help us but saw no hope and pretty much us told us to think of selling the home. We honestly didn’t want to , we didn’t want to give up on what was my parents home. My mom had a good friend who knew a realtor named Eduardo and he then later introduced us to Miroslava who truly became our guardian angel! She quickly jumped into action let us know it was not gonna be easy but she will do all she can to help us save the home. Late night text emails and early morning 4 way calls with my brother and I and my parents letting us know what we needed to do next, what was missing, the few times I almost broke down and spoke in frustration Mann…let me tell you she’s a trooper no way did I speak rudely but you can hear it my Voice I was frustrated because once we accomplished something to get us closer to our goal something had to come up. Just as much as we didn’t give up and had faith in god , she tooo had faith and didn’t give up. She worked hard to help us save my families home and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful. I have the trust that god put her in our way, and honestly don’t hesitate on reaching out , she will put in the work but also have faith and patience she will call and text and make sure things get done and things get sent to successful help you out. Thank you Miroslava for all the help you brought to my Family and the resources but also but for not giving up.
