Vehicle repair took 3.5 months to complete, price kept going up. Started out at $2100 for new shocks and starter, then "we can keep it under $4000" then final bill was $5400. Would call everyday sometimes and not get a call back until a week later.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! With so much disappointment these days it's refreshing to come across a truly professional, customer-service-oriented business. I recently had service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot and it was done in less time than expected and at a better price. The staff in the Service Department: Tyler, Addison Jim and Leo were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you check with Horne before you go elsewhere for your service needs.

I was reaching out and hoping for a little community feed back. My son and I recently purchased a truck from Horne Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep Show Low, here in show low. We purchased the truck on 10-15-2024, by Oct 28th I was calling the dealership with concerns. We were advised to take it to a Horne location in Apache junction since the truck was closer to that location for diagnosis. The truck has been sitting there sense. It's been a very long long go at getting communication going without much answers or help. According to the service center in Apache junction, the list of concerns runs kinda long, some, to be honest, like the wipers are no real concern but Others are a bit more pressing. Some things the service department addressed and anyone I've spoke to including the Apache dealership said should have been seen by the dealership here before the vehicle being purchased. But honestly that's not my major concern or issue first in line is the communication needed to problem solve this. I was finally contacted by the service manager on the 15th and here we are the 19th and I still have no solid answer and haven't been able to get anyone on the phone today. I was just wondering if anyone in town has had issues or concerns with vehicles or delays in communication especially towards concerns of recently purchased vehicle I've been very kind and patient however after my son saved an 8,000.00 down and had confidence, trust and faith in the dealership then the truck being in the shop nearing a month now with minimum confirmation of how it will be handled by this dealership and not much communication. If this was yourself in this situation or if you have been in this situation then you understand how upsetting and stressful it is especially to put that much money towards a vehicle, only have driven it less than a month and then to be what feels like consistently ignored or pushed off to someone else who then also starts to ignore you. It's very upsetting and very stressful and becoming very costly. If anyone has any input on how you handled it or whom you talked to or your experience I would really appreciate any insight. I am definitely not trying to bad mouth just looking for some insight, shared experiences and how you were able to navigate And who you were able to speak to, to keep at least communication going. The few conversations I have been able to have have indicated some concerns but please if anyone knows who is better to speak to at this dealership, I would greatly appreciate the info or your experience. Leo in the service department was very helpful after my vehicle left me stranded. He was able to get me in within a couple hours and even gave me his person phone number. Since I was from the valley he even offered to drive me home at the end of his shift if the issue wasn’t resolved. Very helpful and kind people working here. They clearly care more about their customers more than money. This type of service is hard to find these days.
