2019 car was treated like a 1920. Messed up my undercarriage and failed to tighten the plug. Oil change 101 right? All the oil is on my driveway? The manager did come out to repair but the damage was done. Most jobs might go w/o a hitch but I straight up got clown service. Good luck

Best and fastest service I’ve ever seen! I called for prices and William helped tremendously with the questions I had. I ask if they were available to do an oil change even though they close at 7 PM and the time was 6:44 PM. William said yes if you’re around the corner we will definitely take you. I was there in one minute. They did my whole oil change great service answered all my questions and wash my front window put air in my tires and did my oil change and did payment all under 15 minutes. I was out the door at 6:59 P.m. they didn’t have to take me so close to their closing time at 7 PM but they did and Jeremy did a great job servicing my vehicle. Down to walking me to my car and closing my door for me and putting a sticker in my window. It’s hard to come bye good customer service and smiling when it was so close to them having to leave for the day. I definitely recommend this location for sure. Thank you again Jeremy and William. You guys are awesome! Five stars for sure!

Update: I had an issue at this location yesterday when they turned me away for an oil change because the employees told me they were closed at 5:30pm when website states they close at 6pm and Joseph was very nice to reach out and fix the situation for me. Thank you so much Joseph I really appreciate you for your help. It definitely showed that jiffy lube does provide exceptional service and they care for their customers.

Been going here well over 10 years , and previously had great experiences. Not sure if they are under new ownership or what, but the quality and respect level of the employees has gone way way downhill . The last two or three times I’ve gone employees have acted as if it’s a hassle to do an oil change at a shop that is literally oil change shop. Today was the last straw and I just left. Went to the shop up the street and got way better service .

My husband brought his camper van in for oil change service today and I always bring my car to this business for my service as well. The service is always professional and excellent! I had a great experience here. Both my wife's and my car needed oil changes. I took hers over first, they were awesome, took 20 minutes since I got there when they opened. They even honored my coupon that had expired. One that car was done, I took my truck over and they finished in 30 minutes! It as a bit busier then.

I would strongly recommend! Not sure what happened with all the bad reviews. Maybe they changed out some staff but I'd absolutely recommend!

I was very surprised with the great service I received here. There was more then enough staff to get my oil changed very quickly, and they were all very helpful. It took about 15 minutes, which was perfect because I found a coupon online to take $10 off while I waited. They walked me to my car, opened the door and a few employees even told me to have a great day! Definitely come here for future oil changes.
