I absolutely love Dr. Susan Hartley and Paul. My brother and I have been their patients for 27 years. Dr. Hartley is extremely thorough, compassionate, and informative. If you truly care about the health and wellness of your eyes you will see Susan. She is the most exceptional Dr. I've ever met. Listens very contently, truly cares and wants to know what your issues are with your eyes. She spend 2-3x the time doing eye exams than other's I've visited. She has expertise on current issues (affects of phones and computers on eyes) with recommendations. Paul runs the front desk, is an expert on lens, contacts, frames and super with service (fixing expensive glasses etc) You cannot find professional's like this anymore.. good luck at Costco etc.. when you come back in 2 years someone new will be there. It is critical to have someone concerned about your history.

Susan and Paul are a great husband and wife team. Both are very professional and friendly. Exams by Susan are very thorough. Paul at the front desk is a customer service all star. A much better experience than Costco or Walmart optical for a fair price.
