CVS - Lake Elsinore, California

I come into this CVS often, the staff members are always very pleasant. Today while I was in there picking up some odds and ends I witnessed one of the store managers dealing with a frustrated customer who was requesting he do something that is against store policy and outside his own jurisdiction. Despite this, he remained incredibly polite and professional. I didn't catch his name, but I wanted to commend him for maintaining his composure.

4 th person in line. Started as the 9th 45 minutes ago. It takes 10-15 minutes per person. Beyond ridiculous. Used to be less than 5 minutes per car but this last year has slowed down drastically. The same person is working drive up and walk in. I just lost an hour and a half of my life for an unknown delay. Currently 6 cars behind me and several have left. I would leave but this is an acute treatment.

Update 9/4/21: Things have improved quite a bit since my prior review. Thank you CVS for listening and making a difference. I have changed my prior rating from 1 star to 3. Moving the right direction.

CVS is the Worst pharmacy ever, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Always out of stock. They're very rude. Not to sure how they bought Rite Aid. I never had an issue with Rite Aid. Find a different pharmacy. You'll have issues if you pick this pharmacy.

This CVS is the best CVS I've ever visited . The staff are amazing and very attentive. Makes you feel great shopping there. Big thanks and shout out to \"Sin\" for her amazing personality and helpfulness and \"Kim\" for being super positive and efficient. Thank you all so much !

This pharmacy is the worst, find someplace else. Their hours are terrible, they are always out of stock, and the staff is rude and lazy. When they finally an item restocked, they forget to fill your prescription or let you know it's ready.

Nadia at the CVS Pharmacy in Canyon Hills just made our day! My father-in-law lost his diabetes test strips and while we are waiting to get a hold of the VA for more, he tried to buy some only bought the wrong ones for a hefty price. I thought I'd try CVS to see if they have some samples or advice and Nadia was able to find us some that were compatible with his kit and were also on sale. She was so helpful and wanted to make sure we got the best price. So grateful! Thank you Nadia!

Finally got a human on the phone and was told by Kim, she had customers. (Umm, what am I?) Put me in hold for over ten minutes, came back and asked what I was looking for again. Had me on hold another five minutes - hung up on me! My daughter called and she was hung up on too. We have spent 1000’s of dollars at this pharmacy and to be mistreated in multiple occasions is completely unacceptable. We will take our business elsewhere l. Staff desperately needs customer service training.

After mixing up pharmaceuticals and making me wait with a sick kid in my car for over an hour and a half, she didn't even tell me good bye or what I should do next. When I asked her if I should wait some more (right before hanging up on the drive thru phone with me she said no) So I went home and called after 7 hours. Just for them to let me know that my sons insurance won't cover it. You guys need to fire that lady. She should be nicer to her CUSTOMERS and more clear!!!! Now my son is even sicker because I couldn't get his prescription in time, due to her negligence and rude customer service!!!!
