We are from out of state and decided to stop by Fuji for our first dinner of our vacation and it did not disappoint!!! The fried gyoza was phenomenal! The PHEONIX roll was beyond words so good! Everything about this restaurant was flawless! Tyquaan was a wonderful server so nice extremely attentive and kind!

Went there as a group with my boss and my coworkers it was my first time ever going. I can happily say I had a wonderful experience and our cooks were so funny and cracked me up the whole time. I highly recommend I had such a good time. Thank you guys for a wonderful first time experience!

We took mom out to dinner here tonight. It was (as expected) FANTASTIC. Our server Brennan was wonderful, helpful and did a great job making this a wonderful experience for mom and for us.
The sushi rolls were great. I had the "wildfire " roll. Wow!
All of the meals were perfect; and of course the chef who cooked the hibachi entrees was perfect.
I'd give you TEN stars if I could.

I have been going to Fuji Steakhouse for going on 7 years now. And on 12-29-2024 we decided that would be a good place to eat dinner for my birthday. However, I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had there, and in my opinion this place has been going down hill for some time now. Our chef that evening was the terrible. He show was nonexistent. All he really did was the fire at the beginning. Their "cooks", if you can call them that, have lost their showmenship. Not to mention that he didn't even season the rice when cooking it. Was done half assed. The staff hides out, who the hell knows where, and only appears when they come to get drinks for the next round of customers that come in. To the owners, if you even read the reviews. I would definitely do some soul searching and maybe show your faces in your establishment to bring up the service. I'd definitely get staff thats want to be there and do their jobs. And find chefs that want to put on a good show, because that is the main reason people come. Great show, great food, and great service is what use to have me coming back. Now.... I guess we'll have to see.

Amazing food, positive attitudes, prompt service, fair prices. My 9yo daughter and I both love eating here. 3 visits and have been 5/5 every time. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss. Been here about 6 different times and the first was the best and recently it hasn't lived up to a 5 star review.
Heavy handed with salt on the hibachi. There is no difference between lunch and dinner portions so if at lunch, save the money and order from that menu.
Family friendly. Special occasion. The sushi was good, however, there are other favorites around town if you are looking for a stellar experience.

The waiters are attentive and kind.

If you want hibachi, it's a good choice
The hibachi was good. I didn't really care for the rainbow roll I ordered, not because it was bad, it's just a different version than what I'm used to eating. I did eat it. My wife enjoyed her sushi roll, The food is fresh, the atmosphere is great. The hibachi chef could've been a little more entertaining, in my opinion. I will go back and try again.

I got my food to go, so I'm sure that factors somewhat into the quality of the dishes... But only so far. But the food was really very bad on a core level. The calamari was the worst ever. I don't know what part of what animal it was... But it was terrible. The sushi sandwich or salmon sandwich or whatever it was, was bad because the cut of the salmon was so fatty and thick it was not sushi appropriate. I also got Tamago nigiri that was again, not good. The cook and taste of the egg was gross.

Since I didn't eat in I won't say the service was bad or good. The atmosphere seemed fine from what I saw briefly.
