The Cornish Inn is an authentic Maine experience. The building is old but has been restored, and there is much to admire. I especially liked the wide plank wood floors and vintage furnishings. Our room was charming and comfortable, with no trace of modern motel blandness. The staff is friendly, helpful and capable. Lindsay’s, housed in the same building at the Inn, has a wonderful breakfast menu. The town of Cornish is a great place to shop for antiques, but leave time in your schedule to visit the public library, directly across the street from the Inn. It has some wonderful artwork.

I truly enjoyed my stay! The building has been upgraded with new locking systems and plumbing, which makes it safer and more comfortable. Our room was simple, clean and cozy, with a private half bath (shower not tub) a separate closet, queen size bed and 2 comfy mission style rockers. It was high ceilinged, bright and airy.|In the morning there was self served homemade pumpkin bread and fresh coffee!|The Inn was a lovely place to celebrate our anniversary.

Very comfortable all around! Staff and restaurant were great! Set an acquaint little New England town! Will definitely be back. Antique shopping and some good restaurants in the town itself. Friendly people and my stay was fantastic! Thank you, Cornish Inn staff for making me feel at home.

This charming inn was the perfect stay for a Maine wedding. The rooms were wonderful, and staying on the top floor is recommended as Lindsey’s restaurant is connected to the bottom floor, so it can be a little noisy at times.
The rooms were decorated wonderfully, the view from my window was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend!

I really love this place. So quaint and cozy. It has a big beautiful porch and everything was decorated So festive for Christmas. As an added bonus they have a restaurant inside the bed and breakfast called Lindsay's. Excellent food and service.

My wife and I visited the Inn as a home base for a big photography assignment in the area. Interactions with the staff and the Innkeeper were fun, making the stay memorable. We had a room with a fridge allowing us to keep snacks cool. Lindsey's Restaurant inside on site was a fabulous location for breakfast and dinner on a couple of occasions. Really nothing to complain about except one small first world issue. The tea mugs were small necessitating multiple refills. You know, I had to get up to get more hot water.... Fun area to visit. Lots of antique stores to while away some time if that's your thing.

We traveled to Maine for a wedding and the Cornish Inn was recommended by the bride and groom. We could not have been more pleased. The staff was delightful and our room was charming!||Lindsey's Kitchen, which is the onsite restaurant was a wonderful bonus! We loved sitting on the porch for our meals. There were gorgeous flowers in hanging baskets and window boxes decorating the porch. It was a lovely setting. ||Our thanks to all!||Postscript: There are fun shops across the street from the Inn. Do not miss a visit!
