LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The atmosphere is incredible. We got to eat outside and take in the beautiful scenery. Hand down the best lunch I've had since I've lived in Maine. We will definately be coming back!

The perfect niche place for lunch. My wife and I absolutely loved the food and were so happy we found them while driving. It was so good that we literally went back 45 minutes later to try their pastries and coffee. You will not regret going there.

Ein kleines, feines und gemütliches Café mit divensen Kaffeespezialitäten sowie Kuchen, Gebäck, Sandwiches etc. im Angebot. Das ist genau, was wir uns vorgestellt haben und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt zu 100%. Wir sind auf der Durchreise auf das Café aufmerksam geworden und würden, sofern möglich, immer wieder hierher kommen.

What a wonderful place. The selection of coffee drinks is perfect, something for anyone. If you like your morning joe strong or sweet they will have just the drink for you. They have even added lemonade and other specialty juices. I purchased a breakfast sandwich that hit the spot for me. I will be coming back here for there lunches as they sound incredible. The staff is also very nice and helpful hard workers too. So glad to have come across this place will be coming back any chance I get. Also being right on the river is a huge bonus and they even did a nice job with the landscape!!

You’re greeted with a decorated front porch with river views. Inside is a cozy cafe with a variety of sandwiches, coffee and baked goods. Enjoy indoor seating or outside near the river. The service was great and recommendations provided upon request. They also advertised ice cream but we went on a chilly morning so did not inquire. If you’re in the area this is a great place to grab a bite and stretch your legs.

Outstanding bakery cafè in every way! Coffee drinks are delicious - not too sweet and not over-roasted. The breakfast sandwich was exactly the way I asked (crispy bacon). And the scones were fluffy and tasty (not heavy or doughy).

I feel like it’s everyone’s favorite place. People came in with good cheer and greetings and the staff was welcoming and patient (when needed) with everyone.

SO worth finding if you are taking in the Bold Coast of Maine, even a great adventure from Bar Harbor (about 50 minutes away).

Family-friendly and a joy to visit.

Absolutely scrumptious! The sandwiches are hot and tasty and loaded, the baked goods are fresh with lots of variety, and the hot apple cider is the perfect cozy treat! The whole place is beautifully decorated and there’s tables inside and outside (the outside tables overlook the river!) Be sure to make a stop here, you’ll be very glad you did!

Small town coffee shop. Nice atmosphere. They seem to have a selection of cakes and sweets . A full menu of sandwiches and such . I just get coffee . I'm usually in a hurry . The staff seems friendly enough
