We booked this hidden gem last minute on a vacation to Maine. The rooms were very clean, the staff were kind, and it was such a beautiful view. They have lawn chairs and a fire pit, and each cottage has a balcony. It's not very private as each cottage is about 20ft from one another, but we didn't mind at all. The main road has a sidewalk and we were able to bike into Camden. We will definitely book again on our next vacation!

The views of the ocean...excellent! Cabin #8 was spacious, clean, and had a large bathroom. Beds were comfy, but a bit small in the room with two beds. Price was good for the location. My only problem was the A/C did not work, shut off after 1 minute no matter what the room temp was. I brought this up to the front desk, but no follow up was noted. Luckily, the day was not too warm.

I almost want to give this place a one star review so that no one else finds it. But seriously, this is a beautiful spot with nice, clean cabins, and views that can’t be beat. We stayed in Cabin 12 and absolutely loved everything. Watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee on the deck was the best way to start our day. We will definitely come back.

Glad we found this place, where we stayed for just one night on our way up from Boston to Acadia during a fall trip. We had one of the row of rooms, number 1, which juts right out over the ocean! |Really friendly welcome, warm, cosy, and clean.|Camden is just 5 minutes up the road (by car) where there are ample dining options. The Mt. Battie auto road is also right next door, which is worth a go for the nice views down over Camden and beyond.

This was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Maine!

We stayed here two nights, one in cabin 19 and the other in cabin 9. There wasn’t two consecutive nights available in the cabins we wanted when we booked so we opted to spend one night in each.

I was nervous about the logistics of a room change but they made it so seamless.

The views are incredible, the staff is incredible, we’re already talking about going back.

Drift Oceanside Inn is a delightful place to stay. The cabins are newly renovated and quite lovely. The one negative is that while being right next to the ocean, there isn’t access to be able to walk along the shore. The view being merely feet from one’s window, makes up for that.top-notch staff too.

What an INCREDIBLE place to stay! My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful inn on the water for 2 nights and they were extremely accommodating and welcoming! Queer friendly place that is the perfect stay in Camden Maine. the views are incredible and an amazing stay to watch the sunrise. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return!
