I will just always love Barbarian. It has a great patio, a fun, always changing beer list, and lovely servers. My partner and I can walk here year round and will sit and sip and play cribbage and it’s just lovely to be around humans and in a place with a good atmosphere that feels really inclusive. The staff is always lovely. They have a great selection of sours and I recommend asking the bartenders to help you choose an IPA and a sour to mix! 2/3 IPA and 1/3 sour. It sounds weird but is really good!

I attended an event at Barbarian Brewing and the building and staff were all very lovely. I didn't order anything since I planned to drive later but everyone seemed to enjoy their beers and the building was extremely clean and pleasant. I would like to give them more patronage in the future, but unfortunately, the neighboring Stagecoach Inn did not adequately mark their private parking lot and it resulted in me and many, many other people who attended the event getting our vehicles booted and forced to pay $200 to a private towing company. Obviously Barbarian is not responsible for the inadequate signage and (in my opinion) very shady business practices of the Stagecoach, but I think they could benefit from their own clearer signage of where to park, especially if they plan to host more events like this with so many people in attendance at once. I would have been very happy to park elsewhere if it had been communicated beforehand or indicated to me properly. I don't want Barbarian or their customers to be harmed further by this situation, and if Stagecoach Inn is going to refuse to improve their own signage because they seem to believe it's adequate enough, I think Barbarian could benefit from better signage/communication with their own patrons. I would be interested in returning in the future and will be reccomending this business to people who enjoy breweries, but I will absolutely be warning people about the parking situation.

Been wanting to come here for months I had one of their sour beers in a bottle and it was amazing. It only got better having it on tap I had 2 sours Valhalla and red lotus both were great. The bar tender was very chill and helpful the paintings on the wall are awesome It has a very viking feel to it. Dogs are welcome and the merch looks pretty cool they had a food truck that served tacos They were fantastic and you can order from your table on your phone. 10/10 highly recommended this place check it out! 🍻

A vast selection of 25 different beers. My favorite is Hel’s Fury and Altbier. Dog friendly place, food truck today, pizza. Bartenders are friendly especially the cute red head. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside under an umbrella enjoying our beer and breeze. The brewery offer bottles and cans to go.

Great spot. Unique, barrel aged and wild sour ales. This one compares to Block15 and Great Notion. Bring your own food, and enjoy the beer. Nice outdoor patio, minors are allowed. After a 3 week road trip to Utah National Parks, having high quality delicious beer was a treat. I will be visiting Barbarian Brewing again as soon as possible. Thanks for the great beer and friendly atmosphere. See you soon hopefully.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! All the bartenders here are very knowledgeable and on top of everything. I don't drink and love that there is always a non-alcoholic option available. Join their mailing list to make sure you're up on the events and what food trucks are there and when.

Wide variety of styles. IPAs, Sours, hazys and dessert beers. Super knowledgeable staff. Food cart, good for kids and dogs. Outside seating in the season. Small variety of packaged beers to go.
