When we first stayed at the Element Hotel in Milpitas back in 2022 (if I recall correctly), we instantly fell in love with the experience. It felt like a cozy home away from home, becoming our second residence in the Bay Area, close to our home in Central Valley. Over the past three years, we have returned for every special occasion.

Though we encountered a few minor issues along the way, they were addressed and improved upon.

During my recent stay—especially since it was for my birthday—I received exceptional treatment from the staff. I was warmly welcomed and greeted with birthday wishes from Davina. Shannon provided fantastic assistance with my needs, while Carmen and John supported me in the morning. John, in particular, consistently offers excellent service in the kitchen and maintains a positive attitude, even when some guests neglect to clean their tables after dining.

From the front desk to the kitchen staff, I could genuinely feel that this stay was outstanding. We are eagerly looking forward to two more weekends at this hotel before the year concludes. Thank you, Element, for making us feel right at home

Rooms are clean and nice. Layout is perfect. The walls are a bit thin for such a big building but everything is kept in service. Service is great. I asked them to repair the garbage disposal in the sink because the very first day I moved in for a business trip it wasn’t working. As soon as I arrived back to hotel from work in the evening the garbage disposal was working. It shows how carrying they are about their guests. Very good. And always polite and gentle. Location is great it’s like very close to the mall and restaurants and cinema. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a good place to stay. They also treat you like you belong. Very good. You occasionally can be greeted by a kitchen staff while coming out for breakfast like you’re their neighbor or a friend. Unexpected but very pleasant experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to San Jose from Florida. The hotel is very clean, had nice activities at the lobby on week nights and the staff service was great. John, Mey and Alexandra made sure my children had everything they needed and they went above and beyond to serve us during the breakfast hours. I have stay at many Marriott hotels and this one exceeded our expectations, no complaints ?We stayed for 3 nights.

Great location for catching the light rail. It’s just a few stops from Levi’s stadium. Overall a great hotel. The rooms don’t have blackout blinds and we found the light from the parking lot a bit annoying during the night. Service was excellent. Breakfast is really nice but could use more protein options.

- Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
- Service was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room service comes every other day but you can request to have your room serviced on any day.
- Location was crazy good. 15 min drive south to SJC airport, 5 min drive east to nearest mall, 5 min drive north to restaurants/grocery stores.
- Nearest train station (VTA) is a 5 minute walk as well, and it leads to either BART or Caltrain so you can easily get to San Francisco in an hour with about $11.
- Breakfast is free and tasty. Pool is very cold, nice on a hot day.
- Good value overall.

The walls are incredibly thin. It's 3:00 AM, and I've been woken up numerous times throughout the night by the guy next door snoring loudly. Despite requesting a room change, I was told the hotel is fully booked. Nice & clean otherwise, but since I’m staying here to SLEEP, which I cannot, I will not be staying here again.

The Element hotel is a great family friendly hotel. A good spacious lobby for gatherings and meeting up. Just note since the whole is more open and tile, it can get loud with a bunch of different voices. Overall a clean hotel, helpful staff and good beds.
