It's nice, however they really need to fix the flooring. I've been there twice, both times there were places all over the floors where the glue has seeped up thru the cracks. Almost like they used way too much glue when the floor was laid. It was raining both days but still. When you're putting gifts (etc) on the floors, it's very inconvenient to have glue everywhere. I'll add that the last time I was there was almost exactly a year ago, when I rented it out for my daughter's baby shower, and yes I mentioned it then also. I was surprised today to see that it still hasn't been fixed. Didn't leave a review the first time but I am since they haven't done anything to correct the issue.

I was highly disappointed and I won't be renting this venue again. I had rented out the building for a private event. I was highly disappointed in the up keep of the venue. The floor wasn't mopped from the last people who used the building. The bathrooms and trashcans already had trash in them. There was trash outside of the building in the playground and fountain from the public using the area. ALSO I HAD MULTIPLE PEOPLE SHOW UP TRYING TO USE THE PLAYGROUND AND PICNIC TABLES WHILE MY GUESTS WERE THERE. They brought food, pets, kids etc acting like it was just a normal day at the park while my guests were uncomfortable. I did not rent out a venue for strangers to randomly show up and pick fights when they were kindly asked to leave.

We had our family fun day here. We had enough space for our bouncers, grilling, dancing and playing softbal . The inside was perfect for our lunch and dinner .Everything was great

You can rent this place from troup county park's and recs. It has a lot space inside and tons outside along with a playground. Great for parties and get togethers. It has bathrooms and a kitchen.

I like it, it's spacious..easy to find a way to. Inexpensive. Has a playground, a kitchen, and accessable parking.
