To whom it may concern, the property manager is very messy and tells lies. I am not even a resident of the community, and I'm glad I'm not. I am in an unfortunate situation. I am from another state and came to West Point to better my life. Over the course of being down here, I've gained a friendship with a few of the residents. My daughter attends middle school in the area. The only way I'm able to get her to school is to drop her off at the complex. The property manager knew of me and has seen me pulling onto the property since 08/02/2024. The first day of school, so she is aware that my daughter was getting dropped off and picked up from the bus stop; also, the security guard is aware as well. Yesterday, 01/30/2024, she was questioning my child, asking her questions as if my daughter was on the property alone. She asked my daughter, Do you stay on the property? Who is your mom? as if she doesn't already know I don't stay on the property. My daughter goes to one of my friend's houses if I'm not able to make it on time. She called up the school the next day and said, My child has been unattended more than 3 times. What I thought was funny was if this accident had occurred more than 3 times, why was the police never called or the social services? Her lying, trying to get my daughter kicked off the bus for no reason, was beyond me, and I think it's wrong and not fair. My daughter does not and has never caused any problems. She's a very respectful child. I do not understand what the problem is. She was very unprofessional. I tried to fill out an application, and her attitude was the reason I never went through with the application. She tells lies. She's also very unprofessional and keeps up mess, keeps drama going to tell people's business, and she's not even supposed to discuss other residents business. She goes around asking kids questions, underage kids at that. You people sit here and let her do whatever. From the reviews I just read, everyone can't be lying. Hud let anybody be a property manager. You people give these jobs to your friends and family, and it's not right. She has a lot of complaints and bad reviews, and yet you people have not come to answer the problem. I feel bad for the residents.

Really poorly run. They are extremely deceptive and nearly impossible to get in touch with. The only people who are able to move in are friends of people in charge. Very disorganized and unprofessional. I hope this organization can one day employ trained professionals who understand the importance of communication, transparency and overall professionalism without discrimination and fraud.

Please do not waste your time or money trying to get a place to live here. I had a lease signing date and everything and then no return calls or emails for days. They do not care about the people in the community. Hopefully they are never in need of affordable housing because karma is very real and they might one day find themselves on the other side of this situation. No one in the working class is immune to hardships no matter how prepared you think you may be.

The manager was not professional, not organized, and wasn't polite. I paid my application fee, and was given the run around. I was told that I was approved for an apartment but never moved in. My application was lost,so I had to do e everything over.

The representative was amazing at first but it went down hill we have been waiting since December to hear anything about an apartment. I tried to help in every way possible to keep things moving. It just seemed like it was one thing after another. I provided a direct number to my fiance bosses work phone, which he has to answer, the representative said she reached out multiple times but the boss hasn’t recieved any phone calls. I was very happy at first but it definitely seems like they are in NO RUSH to get people in these.

Reason for my one star is that you basically gotta have no job, have about 5 kids with no job just to get approved and that’s is awful! You can’t even have a $10 a hr job they going to say you make to much! But I’m guessing they just want they nice looking apartment to be full with people that don’t work and have 20 kids instead of these apartments being low income based they actually section 8 based on my experience so far ‼️

Office person is awful, she is rude, she lies, she has a nasty attitude. she is very uneducated, she on a power trip with this job. it is apparent that this company doesn't care because she is terrible. she does not know anything about what her job is because she did everything backwards and the hard way and for these apartment to be new, they are nasty and the craftmanship is awful: ceilings half painted, walls cheap one coat of paint, the floors are lament wood grain tile (gaped up not seamed and little strips cut and glued in the cracks). Someone pocketed big time on this building. They used the cheapest plug sockets they did not put lights in the ceiling just holes for the lights so tacky oh yeah you can see all of the mistakes on the walls and ceilings dirt in the paint mud strips not sanded and its so bad that they had to paint brand new air vents because they painted with the air conditioner running, and tell me why would you have to put a tub refinishing kit on a brand new tub? They may be worth 300 a month. West Point should run these folks out of town.

Don’t even waste yall time & listen to the reviews! Everything was going great at first, but once I got to the last step of paperwork I have not heard back from them. I’ve been calling & emailing for 2 weeks now & no one picks up the phone or emails back. They just want your money & never move forward with the process.
